I ordered a ten piece nugget meal and I went there about 11 PM. The fries were hot and fresh. The sweet and sour sauce is my favorite. It reminds me of like a sauce you would add to a stir fry, but not like soy sauce. I tried the new sunburst melon lemonade and it was so damn good. The chicken nuggets are always a win in my book. The lady at the drive thru was so nice despite all the bs she had to deal with from other customers. Great attitudes and great team work. You couldn’t ask for better service at that time of night. There is a long wait though through the drive thru but it was well worth it.

This is honestly one of the worst Wendy’s you could possibly find. Anytime we come we wait 30+ minutes in line , always can’t take either cash or card. Always out of something, anytime you get one thing out some rude cashiers tell you the total and to pull up before you can even get your order out. Was told they can’t sell baked potatoes bc they are out of the containers they come in? Which makes it just seem like they didn’t feel like making it. Always always always someone rude At window!
Was there around 7:45 pm on January 13th...Went throught the driver threw and had the worst customer service from someone who was clearly training this poor lil gal.I placed a ridiculously simple order.. Two of the same number, same drink.. SIMPLE! The lil gal that was being trained was super sweet and clearly trying... (Bravo kiddo !! ) Now that hateful and rude girl training her ( long braids ) was JUST AWFUL. Snapping and nasty ON THE MICROPHONE to this little gal... And then the rude lady decided to snap at me because she didn't hear my choice of drink... First of all, she needs to settle down, be a better trainer and learn a little bit.of respect!!!I run a team of 35-40 people and of ANY OF THEM ever treated a new hire this way or spoke to a customer tje way she dis I epuld have fires her on the spot!!!!!Y'all wonder why you cannot retain your new hires... She js clearly the problem!!!Shame on you guys for allowing it!This is such a shame, I'm going to bet this is that young gals first job and what a HORRIBLE experience for her!!!
We got to the window after sitting in the line for 15 minutes. The woman taking the order kept cutting the person ordering off and had an attitude. This resulted in my meal being incorrect and having to go back through the window to fix the order. After this, the woman who took the order had an attitude in the background about it and they proceeded to close the window on us. We then sat there for four minutes waiting for the correct order.
6 minute wait if I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich. Didn't have the time so took the spicy chicken nuggets. They were nice about me changing the order at the window after telling us that, but would have been better to know it when we first ordered.
The young lady taking my money was not very friendly. But the young man that handed me my frosty's and my coke was very nice. We used the drive up today and it was fast.

It was the first experience from the time of ordering to the food I've tried. Cold fries, wrong order received and paid double for my order then the cashier said she had to short me 50 cents because she didn't have 2 quarters to give me back. Doesn't small change like dimes nickels equal up to .50.
