Completely rude drive through woman with a bad attitude. Ordered 8 double stacks only to get a rude comment. Then when I get to the window I pay Only to have a guy check what I ordered to look at me like I ordered a beef Wellington from Gordon Ramsey Then I get home to cold and raw hamburger meat This location or the corporate office never answered the phone when I called multiple times

I am a DoorDash delivery driver and was trying to pick up a customer’s order. When I arrived at this location I parked and went to the door to pick up the order like every other delivery but the doors were locked so I went to get in the very long drive thru line and called the store to ask if that’s what I should do. When someone finally answered she very rudely said, “Yes you do”, when u asked if I needed to wait in this line for just a pickup order. Then she hung up on me before I could say anything else. If you hate your job then maybe find something else because customer service is obviously not a priority at this location. I will never be back as a delivery driver OR as a customer. This place needs to be run by people who know how to do their job and the people they have at this location obviously don’t know what they’re doing.

When I pulled into the parking lot there was 8 cars in line and gas being 3.85 a gallon I opted to park go inside. Well there was 1 woman Kimbrelyn and 2 guys in kitchen. I offered to download mobile app and do order but she said she would just take it. She even made the food and bagged it. No smile on this woman's face you can tell she was tired. Please be patient!!

Complete ineptitude! After waiting in line for 23 minutes before ordering, sat at the order station for 7 more minutes. When they finally asked for our order, the worker kept asking us "what size?" After repeating the size and him saying "no! What size?" We asked if he meant side and he repeating what he said. After 4 attempts, someone else in there yelled "He is asking your sauce! What you want?!" Shocked at the rudeness of that worker, we said it quickly and drove up, paid, and went to next window. An order was shoved in my husband's hands but it wasn't ours. When we handed it back, saying it wasn't ours, a worker yelled that they couldn't take that back, then grabbed it and threw it behind them. When they FINALLY gave us our order, all 3 items were wrong! ( no bacon on burgers and blue cheese was on salad). When I went inside to switch the salad, I saw that it wasn't the lack of workers. There were at least 7 and most were joking around, doing nothing. Brian the manager on duty obviously can't do his job! We'll never come to that store again!!

Every single time I order from this Wendy’s, whether it be through the Drive Thru or on Doordash, the order is wrong. Which is really disappointing because Wendy’s is my favorite fast food.The receipt will be correct but there’s consistently items missing in the order or they’re just wrong all together. Also every single time I order Spicy nuggets I receive regular nuggets. If you guys are out of them, having supply chain issues, etc, why don’t you just say that when I order instead of just giving me regular nuggets?I’m in the restaurant business myself as a General Manager, I know all about the current issues the industry is facing right now, and I know it’s rough, but it’s definitely safe to say I won’t be ordering from this location anymore. I gave you guys about 20 different chances LOL.

You never get for what you pay. To get the right soda, you have to try it first because they never take care of it. They never replace the soda can behind the machine. Also, double check for what you pay because they always forget Honestly, they don’t put attention. And the best part, they don’t really care?

I will never get another chicken sandwich from here , it was awful. I did get a few fries with my salt , but the tea was great for a plus

I ordered a baked potato and it was so small they could and should have out two in the container. I started to eat the pork and it was so hard and rubbery that the butter and sour cream wouldn't even melt and blend. I was VERY disappointed!

I usually go here around lunch and dinner occasionally with excellent service but, this time I went around breakfast my kids they wanted to eat something different. I got to speaker and tried to order but, lady said she couldn't hear me. I kept trying and had to literally yell at the speaker to order which is ridiculous. She still didn't get my order correct and was rude. There was hair on cheese sandwich I didn't order. My order was simple sausage biscuit add bacon. Not sausage egg and cheese biscuit no egg. Only combo I had was the chicken biscuit. I literally strained my voice and had to get a refund because it was wrong and disgusting. The older black lady @ 9:00am on Jan 7th is rude and when I got a refund she specifically said she would be happy to give it to me. Which is weird because I was talking normal in the speaker and she heard me perfectly clear.
