I love this place they are so helpful not only to their staff but also to the community... people go through hard times and waffle house was and has been there and I hope will continue to be there for me if I ever want to be an all star!!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, and experience was uncalled for. We were not greeted only two people working. Tables dirty except for one that had a broke seat back. Ask if the table next to it could be cleaned this is when it began. The manager Harley was busy flirting with a Male at the counter. Our order was taken and given to manager we watched her and 10 minutes passed and she had not started our order. We spoke to the girl that took order and she ask manager if she heard her. The manager yelled at her that she heard her. This manager continues to flirt with this man. We finally got food after 30 minute wait and the only customers. The food was terrible and cold. This customer left and she follows him to parking lot. We arrived thereabouts 7:30 PM on May 9,2022.

I've always found the cooks are the difference between good food and okay food at the Waffle House.2022 update: I have a daughter now that loves to eat here so I take her from time to time. Servers are usually friendly to us and it hasn't been overcrowded the last few times we've visited.
Toast. Was burned....bacon was not crisp.....eggs were cooked correctly...told waitness about bacon she said cook would not correct..had trouble getting eggs cooked correctly for wife. Same on bacon...tild manager..got a smile and i,m so sorry. Won,t be back
If I could give more than a five star rating I definitely would. This is hands down the best Waffle House I have ever ate at. Very clean. There were only 3 employees, two cooks and a waitress named Kadaejah and they killed it. The place was packed with customers. They got our order completely right and everything was very fresh. If I lived in this area I would eat here at least once a week.
A friend and I went in for a really late dinner. We got right in. The staff was super attentive, our food came out very quickly, and was very good! We had a really good experience!
As a former sous chef, I’m incredibly disappointed in the burnt bacon, heavy onions on hash browns when I asked for light onions. Overall service ignored our specific orders. We will not be back after we thought this was the last reliable resort for a late night meal. The food is overcooked, if not burnt with less than personable service. Beyond sub par for even a teenage line cook as the cook had no tickets hanging in front of him, yet this man was much older. Quality has dropped significantly in a couple of years. Used to love this place....
They're cranking out some great food. Pay your waitresses!!!
Our Waitress and Chef were excellent. The food was very well prepared and the service just pushed it over the top. Very satisfied.
Good food. Very pricey though
