Jon and Red head LeAnn closed the 24hour location at 3am..they wrote a sign saying it was for cleaning but everyone was just standing around chatting and doing nothing. It's sad to see people you hire run your business to the ground. It's an Early Saturday Morning and this 24hpur restaurant is closed. 45min drive for employees to make the rules..just sad
Went there for lunch today. At 1:00 the waitress brought out a mop and bucket to wash the floor. The men's room had no paper towelsThe syrup dispenser was sticky and there was syrup all over the top of the napkin dispenser. We weren't asked if we wanted drinks refilled until we finished our rushed lunch.
Good food. The manger with the boot on his foot was amazing, he made this Cheesesteak bowl with bacon and egg, it was great!! Very clean place!
They get a one star which I wish it could be zero so anyway I'm standing in line waiting to order and this chick announced that they will be taking no more take out orders in a rude way at that in my opinion they should have taken the orders of those of us who were in line already and maybe made that declaration to new customers coming In but anyway that's how I would have handed it as opposed to the rude way she did ijs?
Tonia did an excellent job taking care of my family. She was friendly and very efficient. I thought she might be a corporate trainer because she was so on point and focused. You definitely should treat her well because she's a good one.
Every time I go to a Waffle House, I order 2 eggs soft scrambled with cheese, sausage and wheat toast no butter. This was one of the 1st times in a long time that the eggs actually WERE soft scrambled and they were excellent.
This place needs a good cleaning, food was ok, food was just thrown together, waffles were over cooked. It was cold, How hard is it to not burn a waffle. Waitress served it anyway. Wont be going back to this location...
I've had a great experience both times I've visited this Waffle House. This one was open in spite of a snow storm, and the waitress did very well despite having been working overtime through the night shift. Kudos to this team.
Clean, friendly, fast and of course delicious! Good staff will be back.
The waitress, Jackie, was very pleasant. The food was well prepared. It was a clean restaurant. We were served in a timely manner. All in all, I enjoyed it and would give this Waffle house gets a 10 out of 10. I will go back there when in that side of town.
