OMG. This place was just crazy! The line was out the door at 9:00 at night! We had heard that this was the this milkshake in the state. Well, the reviews weren’t wrong! A huge milkshake out of any flavor of their homemade ice cream. I had almond joy, my son had chocolate peanut brittle. First a huge milkshake then a scoop of ice cream on top. Just crazy!! And so we’ll done!!!!

Service was great. Milkshake was a little disappointing though. The shake part of it was very thin - like it might have had less than half a scoop of ice cream in that it cup of milk. Had very little taste. The scoop of ice cream on top was delicious though.
Yes! I am literally giving three stars because what ice cream place that is that big and popular NOT have root beer floats? Like all you need is root beer? Very disappointing and confusing. Was the one thing I came for. Lemon ice cream is good though.
Long wait. Management makes you wait in line while you watch 2 employees working and 4 just hanging out. They do not separate ice cream and food orders lines. Management doesn't seem to be concerned about the customers waiting in line for 40 plus minutes. The ice cream is good, but I'll just buy some elsewhere.
"Wow!" My first words after a sample. So many flavors with so many calories, but it is worth the extra exercise for this little luxury treat. We had been told my many to try Tony's. We will return as it simply is the best ice cream I've had.
Tony's ice cream has been in this area Gastonia North Carolina I know since I was a little girl. Awesome people, The best ice cream in the world! I grew up eating Tony's Ice Cream and I still love it. Tony's has a fantastic selection of Ice Cream, as well as other cool treats and good sandwiches. I have tried them all but I like the Tony's Double Scoop of Butter Pecan on a sugar cone the best. The staff at Tony's is always pleasant and patient.

It's been around since 1915, it has to be pretty good. Very busy but very good they serve food and they serve ice cream and the ice cream is delicious I haven't had any of their food yet.
