Today we had great food and fast service!! Really appreciate it gals!!
Very friendly and fast service
My family and I visited for my daughter's birthday. The place was packed but, we called ahead. Our entire party wasn't there in the beginning but, our waiter Nick took great care of us. Once everyone arrived, our orders were quickly taken. Everyone received their food. One problem was the the kid's burger. The bread was too hard for our 7yrs old to eat. Once again Nick, another employee, and the Manager, took care of us. We replaced it with a kids chicken tenders. We had the staff come give us a clapping happy birthday salute and, my daughter enjoyed her free scoop of ice cream. Nick our waiter was amazing. We had a party of 8 but, Nick made sure we had everything we needed from beginning to end. Thanks Nick and Texas Roadhouse for a wonderful evening.
Very large and had very nice staff. Despite how crowded it was (double stuffed (hah food pun)) the food arrived in less than 45 minutes. 45 minutes sound bad, but you should have seen how many people were there. That's a reasonable time to me. The food was delicious and plentiful. Some of the best steak I've ever had!. Good appetizers too!
Very unprofessional staff. Completely unorganized and terrible customer service! Manager needs to revamp the place from top to bottom!
My food was horrible this visit!
The absolute best steak house in gastonia, hands down.the yeast rolls are light as air; salad was super fresh, and the steak melted in your mouth. Service was impeccable tonight.
Texas Roadhouse is my favorite restaurant to go to and is my comfort food. Tonight I ordered Togo for me and my fiancé and I am highly disappointed in the experience. I placed my order at 5:22 pm and the app said it would be ready by 5:49. I arrived and was in a Togo spot and I followed the directions of responding to the text and I waited. While I waited I noticed 1 guy going back and forth between 4 cars at the time and it looked like he was the only one working. I have worked in a restaurant for 6 years and understand when things are busy that it will take longer than expected. What was frustrating was that he went to every car and spoke to the new cars pulling in and brought out their food and continued to do so when he never came up to mine. After 25 minutes of letting it go thinking he was going to get to me next I called the restaurant to see if I needed to come inside and pick it up or just wait. I was on the phone for 6 minutes with no answer so I hung up the phone. I waiting 10 more minutes and at the point I was done waiting. I got out of my car and then proceeded to stand in a line at the Togo window and when it was finally my turn I gave my name. When the guy came out I asked him that if I was supposed to stay In my car and wait or what I was supposed to d. He told me when they are fully staffed that yes I stay in my car. I told him I just wanted to know for next time because I had sat in my car waiting for about 40 minutes. He told me he was sorry and I left. I arrive home and open my order and I have what looks like 4 soufflé cups of scooped butter with cinnamon sprinkled on top which is not the normal cinnamon butter they give. I understand when product runs out but it would have been nice to have been informed prior to me driving home and finding out. Again I am extremely disappointed and it really makes me never want to order Togo ever again let alone eat at this location.
We've been to this Texas 4 or 5 times now and it's had the best service compared to any of the others around. They're fast and efficient. Even when there's a wait, the time goes by fast. Brandon took good care of us this evening.
