Went here today with my son. The staff sucked and I ordered using the order screen since no cashier. Was paying in cash machine told me to to to cashier to pay. No one there so I thought pay when food comes out. Waited 20 minutes and still no order. Went to counter and asked what was taking so long.. so long, oh your order never went thru because no cashier to take money. When were you going to tell me that.I will never go back. We are short staffed so no cashier REALLY!!
I have been going to the Taco Bell on Hudson St in Gastonia for many years now and the service is always fast and friendly. The staff even knows me well enough to welcome me when I go there and thank me for coming back. The food tastes great and is still hot and fresh when I eat it. I highly recommend using the Taco Bell app to place your orders. You can make sure you have ordered exactly what you want and you also get perks and points for free Tacos. I hope the bring the Taco Lover's Pass back soon! I miss the free tacos each day for an entire month! But at least they brought back the MEXICAN PIZZA. Yummy!!
I just had the most positive experience at the Taco Bell on Union Rd. The 2 employees had the most amazing and pleasant demeanor. I did tell them thank you but wanted others to know. Normally, drive thru attitudes in this day and time are the worst. Thank you! Thank you. You made my night.
Most people will only write a review to complain but I wanted to share with everyone how friendly the manager and staff are at this location. I go there often and they are always so pleasant with me and my food is correctly prepared and tastes great with very few minor issues. This has been my 'go to' late night food for many years.
Poor customer service with a very lazy and careless staff.They don't make the food good and are always very light on the ingredients!!The one on East Franklin Blvd is the best!!Shame on this location!!
One very-heavy-set woman who's working there today approx. 8 PM 3/15/22 was so rude accusing me (a customer) to lie to get more food for free. She was so rude and loud. She should not be working there. I order 7 items (6 + 1: 2 separate orders). One of the items is combo ($5_ 2 tacos + drink + twist s) was missing two items, one taco and one twist. I went back first time to get taco and didn't realize that I was missing twist as well. The 2nd time I went back for the missing cinnamon twist, she didn't give it to me and accusing me that I lie and that I got all the 7 items I ordered for. She's so stupid. I ordered 7 items but the combo comprises of 4 items. She asked to see the receipt. I tried to show her but she just walked away and pay me no attention. One gentlemen, might be her manager, came to me to give me the missing item. That heavy-set woman never did apologize. I flat out told her that I would not lie for something like this esp. when it only cost $1.00. This is not the first time at this location. They always miss items from my orders.
The biggest problem here is they either don't know how to roll burrito or they are too lazy to roll one correctly. Food is good about 75% of the time. Sometime its luke warm food.
No cash dine in because lady was to lazy to take our order. Making everyone use kiosk to order so you pay card only. You place an order on one of those things with a family of 7......NOT GONNA HAPPEN so we left.
Multiple soggy chalupas and half of our order missing. 5 layer burrito had cheese, beans, and sour cream. Absolutely terrible food and service.
Placed an online order. Wasted my time to drive out there and find out that they didn’t even have a clue that I had posted an online order. I wasted my time and I got no food and I got no service and I got no apologies. They got preachy to me that I should not be upset that they did not have my order, as if I was somehow to blame.They just said that I shouldn’t be upset about it because it’s not their responsibility.
