Took a while to get through the drive thru, especially for 10:30pm. And they were out of refried beans...how do you run out of refried beans at Taco Bell? Anyway, I stopped for the reboot of the Mexican pizza. It was good.
I've been trying since Saturday May 21 to get my refund after the drive thru completed my order instead of letting me cancel since they didn't have the items we ordered. I've submitted over 5 requests and I've heard absolutely nothing.
I don't know what transpired before my wife and I arrived, but the store was in need of some cleaning. Only one of the tables in the dining area was free of debris so we sat there. Orders were being made slower than I typically see when eating at Taco Bell.
Best Taco Bell in Gastonia . Management has hired new staff who are quick and very polite. My favorite would be the drive thru worker Lexi . She is very kind , understanding and sweet ! Going thru taco bell makes my day when I see her . Definitely deserves a raise
Always fast, the girl was kind of rude and pushy almost spilled a drink on us lol. However, you never know what people are going through. We all have bad days! Food orders are always correct and made fresh though.
Worst Taco Bell ever!!!! 4 staff members walked past n never spoke to me. Finally cashier came out of bathroom n greeted us but walked in the back to sweep. She hollered from back to say use kiosk n pay with card. Rude Rude Rude!!!!!!! I hope everyone gets fired!!!!
Be patient as they are understaffed. I have only ever used the drive thru at this location and never have received a incorrect order.
This was the worse Taco Bell meal I have ever had. While the staff was very nice to me, I had to return to pick up food that had been left off of my order. To critique the food: the refried beans had zero taste and no seasoning; the chalupa shell was old and so hard I threw it away; the burrito supreme had (maybe) 1/2 teaspoon of meat and an over-abundance of flavorless refried beans. That potato item (cheesy fiesta potatoes) was small, cooled potato squares with sour cream on top. Inedible. The guacamoli - also inedible!!My family member threw out the nacho cheesy taco.Tried to call the manager to give her info about how bad the food was - but no one ever answered the phone.
I have been to this site several times, and there often seem to be one or two mistakes. And I have had them simply not answer the drive thur when they are open, but overall, everyone is nice. And they want to solve problems that just may not have the resources
The service was terrible, Cashier had an additude, My food was incorrect. Instead of asking about a substitute over and item they just didnt mention it. And when asked, I was told they didnt have an item for it, Knowing that in my order multiple othr orders had the same ingredient
