Out of all the stuff we tried for...made a large order, left out several parts. Made the chalupas wrong...tried to take the cheap way out and give us the same wrong food back..nice try. Only owned up to it when we informed of an allergy. Do better please.
Taco Bell in Gastonia at Union and Hudson. First of all these kiosks where you're supposed to place your order, I don't like them and I dont like being forced to use them. This Taco Bell would not let us place an order at the register. If you walk inside you must use the kiosk and you cannot pay cash. In a time when Covid and monkey pox is springing up everywhere Taco Bell is doing it's part to help the spread of these diseases. If you happen to use the drive thru you can pay cash. I guess Taco Bell has somehow been able to thrive under the brilliant leadership of Bidens genius and just doesn't need all of the customers it can get.
Food is mostly okay, but the wait times are seriously ridiculous here. I don't know if they're short staffed or what, but if you're on your lunch break at work, don't come here unless you want to use your whole break for the drive thru. I only wanted 3 tacos and a freeze and almost 30 minutes stuck in the drive thru isn't worth it.
Never Again...I feel for the 3 employees on staff. Drive thru wrapped around the store into the street. Dining room full of people.I ordered online and it's a an hour and 15 minutes to tell me it was ready and when I got there they still were making my order, not even halfway through making it.And they kept getting my order wrong even though it was online and I kept showing them the orderIf I could get a refund and go somewhere else I would have.
I walk in to place my order and some guy who looks like Weird Al Yankovic was at the register. I began to give him my order, he interrupted me and asked if I would use the kiosk station behind me. IT WAS FILTHY.... there was no way I was going to touch that screen. I told him I'm not touching that. Look how dirty it is. ( It was visible gunk and and looked like layers of finger prints all over it. I mean they were stacked so high on top of each other you could see them from any angle). He looks at it as if he is deciding to clean it or take my order. He decided to take my order. I got my food and went back about 20 minutes later just to see if the screens were clean. They were not. Food was standard Taco Bell .. but I will not return.
I was handed a burrito at the drive through with beans and sauce all I've the outside of it. The alledged manager Amanda was ride and condescending. She also.made a negative comment about my NC Sheriff's Association licence plate. I went inside to let her know how disappointed I was. She told me to leave because I was harassing her.
I ordered 5 regular soft taccos an 1 supreme. They gave me all 6 regular. This is the 2nd time i get home with incorrect order. But i paid for what i ordered. I tried to call and someone would pick up and hang up or just sit the phone down. Not one had tomatos or sour cream im highly ticked once again. I advice u to check orders before pulling off or leaving parking lot. Last order a week ago they added crunchy stuff that wasnt suppose to be in my taco.
I was able to dine in and received good customer service at this location. Had the 4 taco and 4 burrito group pack which was a good deal and delicious. I came right after breakfast tube so they had done breakfast hit sauce packets which I found preferable to the normal hot sauce packets.
The Owner or GM can ask the crew behind the counter doing their best in chaos what I said to the manager who told the crew "He doesn't understand how it works." as I walked out the door.Managers are leaders. This manager decided to stay on the customer side of the counter instead of jumping in the trenches with the group.When I found out she was a manager, I asked "what are you doing on this side? Go over and lead."They replied " Its my day off."Drive Through 9 cars deep.Dining Room, 3 deep, because I explained to a group they had to use the kiosk to order.There was a line of people waiting at the order line with no knowledge that the kiosk was the only option.The only reason I rock this Taco Bell is because the 2 star Taco Bell in Belmont is being remodeled into a...3 star Taco Bell.
Fast food rendered per order is rare..however this Taco Bell satisfied me as a customer and the tacos were really tasty...
