I love going to this place on my way to work. There's not a lot of people coming here so you can't use the bogo coupons but the customer service is nice.
Would give it a higher rating very nice people work there but they're closed in the evening when I need a sub

Wow, I found my all time favorite subway. Mainly because of a girl that works there named Nova. Everytime I come in, I am greeted with a warm smile from her sweet, friendly face. She makes me feel at home! Like grandma in the kitchen!I love her attention to detail and her subs taste better than when anyone else makes them. Now I'm eating there twice a day, 7 days a week. Not gonna stop because of Novas sub making skills !
I've never dined in, but have frequented the facility quite often as a Dasher. I've always been impressed with the response time to having Doordash orders ready to go every time I step foot through the door. After reading some of the reviews on this establishment I will be honest in stating I would probably return once as a customer to give my opinion as a paying customer, but as a Dasher hands down one of the best merchants in all of Gaston county to pick up from.

The food was good but the little punk behind the counter was having a bad day apparently. I was just thinking it is because they are short handed like everywhere else. And he was overwhelmed. His behavior was horrible. I will be notifying management tomorrow
We loved this store, it was one of best in the area. However, we went in with coupons we received in the mail the other day and was told we cannot use the buy one get one free coupon for the footlong sub. The cashier said their manager would not accept that one. We were kind of short on cash this week and just wanted to get out and have a break . We walked out and did not get a thing.
