Female employee were VERY rude and unwelcoming. One of them gave me attitude because I mistakenly said medium drink instead of small and apparently that was very difficult to change in the machine. She gave up on ringing us and asked the other lady to finish checking us out. The other lady was rude if not worse. She was cutting me off when I spoke and spoke is a very aggressive tone as to show us her annoyance. The other lady was commenting to the other how we were trying to use “too many” coupons. Definitely not coming back to this location.
Employees were very rude. Made me wait til they did a money drop before finishing making my subs as they were getting cold. I walked out without any food and I won't be back to that location.

I love this Subway! It's always very clean and has clean bathrooms! Their meat, cheese, and toppings are always fresh, too! The manager at this location is AWESOME! She is very nice to customers and makes sure that everything is neat and clean!
On 12/29, I had a mobile order for pickup and waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes for TWO sandwiches! Went in to check on the order and still haven't made my order. 3 women in there working. They have no sense of urgency. I could've worked circles around them and I've worked fast food before. It isn't that hard.
Food was supposed to be ready/confirmed ready at 11:45 & ended up waiting an hour in my car for two 6” sandwiches. No sense of urgency or care from the two girls working.. I work in the food industry and understand short staffing but this was ridiculous.

I just ordered online got home realized they didn't put anything that was supposed to go on the pizza no issues just called to see if I could get it made again or my money back..lady answers the phone saying Hola..very very rude before I even got to state my issue..asked to speak to a manager and she hung up.
