Excellent service, as always. Manager and staff are friendly, courteous and kind. The dining hall is always pristine. Love the new kiosk and self serve drink setup, even though I realize it is due to shortage of workers.This is our go to stop when appts and business bring us to the area.
Went through the drive through at 11 or so. Ordered 2 number one combos. Tried getting a shake but their machine was down. Got my order 10 minutes later with 2 cars in front of me and all of it was wrong except for the drinks I had to get instead of my shake, so one star for that I guess. Also looks like they dropped my burger in mustard and then added some more. All while forgetting my other condiments I asked for.
Listen to the most recent reviews- this place has had a major fall from grace since the pandemic. We arrived at 10:00PM on the dot. That’s a whole TWO HOURS before they close.Despite there being a family seated in the dining room, when we arrived in the parking lot I noticed that an employee behind the counter literally HID. As we approached the door, another employee came around and tried to lock the door but I guess accidentally unlocked it. We walked in and were immediately told that they “weren’t taking orders right now.” Okay???Previous visits weren’t any better. The last time we ate there, we waited over an hour for a simple order that was given to us wrong and took multiple tries to correct. The dining room was filthy and the food was literally slopped together. We used to eat here all the time before the pandemic and genuinely love the food but these antics are pretty ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money.

There is no wait staff. You order from a kiosk and then try... try hard to find a clean table. The young man behind the counter was very irritated when I asked for a wash cloth so I could wipe a table off myself before sitting down. Then when he did wash it off, he left it soaking wet so I had to go get napkins to dry it. We waited 30 mins for 3 shakes and a small fry when it wasn't even busy. The shakes weren't even good and barely had any toppings in them. The fries were still raw and barely warm. No one working, if you could find someone, wanted to hear our complaint. This used to be a favorite spot for our family to go but we will never return. Terrible food and terrible customer service today.
This place is nothing like it used to be, I guess due to the pandemic. There are no wait staff. You do everything yourself on a kiosk. I don't think they take cash so you use your credit card for self checkout.Not super friendly or helpful when a customer walks in. You just read the sign and follow those directions.The food itself was sufficiently good.
Haven't been in a while after a bad experience. Had a great experience now! (I think they are under new management.) Food was hot, fresh, great, and fast! Had barely sat down and the food was ready! Will definitely be back.
I literally come from out of town to this location late nights cause to me they've never made a mistake with my food. It takes a couple minutes if it's packed but well worth the wait. They burgers are unmatched ?
no servers! you order on kiosk which is fine...just miss the friendly servers they use to have. but, the good was as good as always‼️? thank you
Heed the rest of the recent advice here and stay away. This place used to be serviceable and a fairly good spot to eat but it has gone massively down hill.You will be lucky to receive your food. Best thing that can happen is that this place goes out of business and something better opens up in its place.
