So there new store manager just told me she couldn’t fix my drink because it’s not her standard!!!! But I thought customer service was the standard Starbucks???????? At this point I know it’s retaliation so I can’t wait to see how this goes!I’m convinced they just don’t care about customer service or it’s a underline issue but after being a customer for 4 years Ill drive to Charlotte or Belmont’s new store but I’ll never shop here again! My order is always wrong I don’t understand why you have stickers on cups if you not going to read it before you fix my drink! I pay to much for it not to be correct!
Ordered a mocha Frappuccino and they gave me a white chocolate Frappuccino. I went inside and the Barista informed me that the drink was made correctly. My receipt didn't even have the correct drink on it. Nothing they done was correct but they blamed me for their mess up. They gave me a white chocolate Frappuccino with one pump of mocha. The batista was really hung up on how it was the right color. Which it was not.
Unbelievable. This is the second time in a week that this Starbucks has no Cold Brew. I can't be too critical of this one location because in the last month every Starbucks I have visited has either been out of common drinks and or food. I understand it's tough with staffing and shipping but com'on man. Worry about the customer and spend less time on "rent a cups" or whatever you are calling it and other save planet marketing schemes. The company has yet to meet any of those goals anyways.
This is one of the best Starbucks in my area when it comes to speed, accuracy, and customer service. The people are very friendly and make your drink to perfection
Drive through line wrapped around the building. Poor design for drive through and parking. Customization of online orders clearly not read. This was the worst strawberry crème frapp I’ve ever had. Extra strawberry purée was not added as requested. Whip cream was added then scooped off when I mentioned that the order said “no whip cream”. My lemon loaf was completely crumbled.
This place is trash and really rude! Messed up my order and no whip cream or vanilla powder. My caramel brûlée tasted like straight up coffee with nothing in it. I knocked on the door to tell them my drink was not right because the door was locked they looked at me and kept working! Very rude and I will not be back!
So yummy , made my drink perfect !!??
I love this place, but disappointed that they haven't been open when i go by on my way to work. The sign says 5am, yet they haven't been open for over a week?
This Starbucks has the fastest service and the kindest employees. I stop here everyday after work
This location is never open, you can never use the app, slow on top of being closed. Every other location can get me in and out..... but of course I have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to get there. I'm just waiting for this to be permanently closed. Very dissatisfied
