I'm 'really' sad because everybody that I knew at this location, prior to the remodeling, is gone ? I've been going here for years - it's an entirely different experience now.

There hasn't been a wait the last two times I ordered here. Usually have a couple people working. Fast service.

No clue what to do. No food available. Probably 20 other complaints while I was in line 50 minutes to get coffee. Someone in management needs to get a hold on this place. I've only left 2 1 star reviews out of hundreds.

You know that beautiful vibe that you get when you go see a band that you 'really' love and you start connecting with people who feel the same love for them as you do? That's kinda what I get here - it's very special

Ordered online for lobby pickup. They fixed my coffee SAT IT ON THE COUNTER but had the doors locked. I went to the drive thru and she had the audacity to tell me she can't give me my coffee through the window!!!! HOW DO I GET MY COFFEE OFF THE COUNTER IF THE DOOR IS LOCKED AND YOU WONT HAND IT TO ME?!

If I could give a zero star I would, this is hands down the worst Starbucks ever. I’ve been to Starbucks in California, Florida, New Orleans, all over the country and this one is the worst. I even manage a Starbucks for a grocery store so I know that Starbucks are supposed to be top notch. The drinks are never ready on time, when I order online it’s never right, and the employees are rude. My wife went 2 days ago and her online order was late the girl making her drink literally walked away in the middle of making her drink to go talk to the manager she finally had to ask another barista to finish hers that had been sitting there. Today wasn’t even better once again a train wreck online order was not ready and I had to wait and wait behind customers that just walked in. We had prepaid and we were brushed off and pushed to the side. This is our last chance we give up. This Starbucks wins we’ve been defeated. Congratulations on losing a customer.

One of the worst Sbux locations ever, especially for a newer construction Interstate location. Today they were closed at random in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. Frequent inventory outages. And the slowest drive-thru combined with an awful site layout where the cars in the abysmally slow drive-thru back up & wind around so far that you're trapped in your parking space and cannot back out. Park next door at one of the restaurant parking lots or, better yet, just avoid this one entirely!

Yet another Solid Starbucks!!!

I have been to the Starbucks here and all the Baristas have been great. However, Seth yesterday morning was rude and interested.TO start off, while I was waiting to order he did not even acknowledge a customer's presence. I ordered 2 drinks and a bakery item and one of them was a Mocha Latte which is what I get everyday. I tried it and told him I could not taste the chocolate in the Mocha. It tasted like a Cafe latte vs Cafe Mocha. He responded by asking me what did I wanted him to do when I said I didn't taste the chocolate in the Mocha he took my cup of coffee and just added 4 pumps of chocolate syrup in it. I work in patient care and didn't have time then so I left but this is rude and against Starbucks customer service to not make the drink right.

The Employees are rude and unprofessional
