Didn’t realize this hidden gem was in Gastonia.We just moved to the area and we’re looking for some local options to try out. I have a gluten intolerance which causes us to look for places that have a variety of options. This place was reviewed highly on Google and had vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free options. I enjoy the gluten-free beer and gluten-free veggie wrap. They had a variety of sides to choose from and meal options. There’s also a store at the main level that carries a variety of specialty items.I highly recommend this place and would come back again very soon. They have they have indoor and outdoor seating and the staff is extremely friendly. You can tell that they care about the environment by the way they treat their customers and their food.
One of my favorites in Gastonia. Also a great option for the area that doesn't always have the best for healthier options. Just picked up an order today for four people and in spite of not including my brussel sprout salad (hands down the best side they have), still five stars. One the quality and service is always there, two when something is not correct they make it right! The side brussel salad should be an entree!Don't get discouraged if you they don't answer during business hours. You will hear a recording that voicemail isn't set up and there is no option to leave a message or call back number. Just keep trying, they will pick-up.*photo from previous order/visit
Great cafe with vegan options near Gastonia. I got the vegan portobello sandwich with a cup of fruit and I thought it was great. It's also great that there is a grocery attached to it so you can find all kind of healthy and interesting stuff. I recommend this place.
I'm vegan and so dang happy for this place. Today 3/27/22 I had their vegan BBQ special. Man it was so delicious and juicy! Somehow I tasted a whiff of either horseradish or Wasabi, i think i could be wrong! It really amped up the whole wrap. And I had the chili lime bean salad for a side....wow.It was all reasonably priced and super easy to order on line and pick up!Thank you SPROUTS! you ROCK!
Simply awesome!!! The place vibe is incredible and the food is probably one of the best I've ever tried!!!! Highly recommended!!!

As a wedding planner, I meet a lot of vendors in my business. Carla is by far one of the most professional and charismatic caterers I have ever met. Not to mention her food is fresh, colorful, and diverse. Sprouts Cafe is a gem!
Second time in town and second time visiting. Cute little place behind a market with very casual setting. Food is really delicious and portion size are just right. Got the daily special both times and loved it. Dishes are on the pricier side but their ingredients are top notch.
The food is very good and fresh. If you are looking for organic, vegetarian, or even vegan food this is your place. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Lots of different flavored waters and energy drinks to choose from. You can eat inside or outside. Very clean. The staff is very friendly. I did not give it a 5 star due to I feel it is a little overpriced. I paid $13 for a salad. However, it was a very delicious salad!
