I ordered on the app and when I got to store my order was missing onion rings and a drink. I had to get out of the car and find someone. The first person I came across rolled their eyes at me. Finally someone asked what I needed and told me they were out of onion rings. They weren't even going to tell me when they dropped my food off. They charged me for them and was just hoping I wouldn't notice. Food was cold when we got it. Fries weren't even filled up half way. Staff is rude. I wish I could give them no stars.

I have been here a few times in the last 2 month's. I have to say it is a dump. The best thing I've had here was the tater tots but they aren't the best either. My burger is always cold. My grandson always gets one of the two different chicken sandwiches and both have been over cooked, very dry, and the bread is always hard. He doesn't like this place either. The dress codes seems to be whatever you want to wear. Needless to say, I will never go back there. I wouldn't advise you to waste your money or time coming.

Pulled up in a stall and pressed the button and waited so long I had to push the button a second time. After waiting another probably 8 minutes they took my order. We had to wait again for at least 15-20 minutes and they brought out food out cold ... so cold me and my son had to go home to warm it up in the microwave ... the food was good but I didn't spend an hour and $22 to receive cold food.

Just like everyone else has said, this place is not up to par in equipment, customer service, or food quality lately. I have worked in food service, even up until a month ago, so I get that times are tough. But the level of absolute apathy here is apparent and way more than what can be covered by benefit of the doubt even when keeping hard times in mind. And it seems to be from the top down, because it's obvious that getting this location updated properly and running smoothly is simply not a priority to the company, or it wouldn't be in this state of disrepair and discouragement. Go somewhere else, it's not worth your time or money to go here til things change.

They were a bit slow but looks like they were under staffed. So I understand and thank those who did work. Order was correct and food was good. I recommend this restaurant to anyone in that areaRandy L

Definitely order through the app...not only does it give you better prices ..like 1\2 off happy hour...you will get your food much faster.

Probably a result of staffing, but this place wasn't remotely fast even before covid. They don't even acknowledge that you're in the drive-thru anymore, just silence until you leave.

Went to drive thru this morning and was asked to wait a minute ... sat for 20 min and no response and after 10 min a called out to the speaker every 5 min to get a response and nothing. No one in line so I left. Employees just standing around doing nothing. We live close to here and visit this location often but it has gone down hill fast with the respect the employees have for customers. I know COVID hit and it is hard but when you are standing around and doing nothing and not responding that is just RUDE!!! This was the last chance for this place to get our business.

I had been craving some Sonic so jumped in my car ran down there and there was no wait, but wait there was, but that was ok as many places are struggling to find good help these days.However after a half an hour wait we received our food from a super friendly server only to open our bag and find everything wrong.This is becoming the common in fast food anymore and well I make better tasting burgers anyway so I'll be cooking at home more.

Please New management is necessary...I waited 8 minutes at the drive thru just to be told I'll still have to wait for my order. There was one car in front of me and 2 cars with customers at stalls. Even if you're under staffed 8 minutes just to place the order when it's NOT a line waiting is a bit much.
