A decent last minute take-out.They accept cash only but do have an ATM inside.Tartar, not Tarter.The place is very clean (I have serviced equipment years ago) and will come back.
I just got discharged that day from spinal surgery and was using a walker. I felt that the lady taking the phone orders was very insensitive and somewhat harsh she would not even look me in the eye. She would just wave me on as if she wanted me to go sit at the table and she would bring it to me which is what did happen but I thought the sign language was rude. The fish was dry.
One of the best places to get fish and shrimp here and idc what anyone says they have some of the best tartar sauce!!!
Food was good. I ordered chicken tenders with fries and the tenders were juicy and hot. One thing I didn't like was that they don't accept credit cards. You can only use cash.
This used to be a great restaurant but not only has the food gone downhill but apparently the owner thinks its okay to scream at and cuss out his employees. I certainly won't be coming back to this establishment to spend my money knowing the owner treats the employees so poorly.Let me add - I'm aware everyone has a bad day occasionally but I'm hearing this is a regular occurrence here. If you are having an issue with an employee then you should handle it in a respectful manner.
Staff is always smiling and ready for you. There are so many meals that I enjoy. The food is always fresh and yummy. Great tea too!
I asked for extra 4oz tartar an didn't receive my regular tartar sauce I had no fry's with chicken gizzard dinner I had no hush puppies at all don't know if it's new staff or not but going there for years it's really different an will be a while before I go back
The well done chicken was burnt the fries were greasy and salty but the fish was very disgusting. Not properly fried and the breading was falling off
Always nice to pickup a 1/4 or 1/2 Chicken, some mushrooms or Gizzards here. Even with new ownership my family has always enjoyed these plates as well as their green shrimp and oysters.
Ordered our food, then our ticket was lost. The rest of our party was finished eating before we even got our food. They did give us dessert for the wait. The food was hot.
