Aside from it being expensive for such little food, management has no control over their to go orders. It took 20+ minutes to get a regular pita in a box to go. Another lady was waiting a long time while i waited too, her order came, and they had no system to announce the to go orders. She had no idea. Her order just sat there until she had walked up. They ended up having to remake it, which is an additional cost to them. Do things right the first time.
I just left this location. I ordered the chicken cobb salad. There was no one in the restaurant, however, it took almost 15 minutes to make a salad. I believe the cashier forgot to give the order to those working in the back. My real issue and concern is that the tomatoes were rotten and mushy which made the salad smell. It was disgusting!!! I just wasted over $11.00. I am also calling the health department! Lastly, none of the workers appeared to be happy. So sad. I just called the store to provide feedback on my experience and I spoke with Heather. Heather said I was was never in their store and then she finally admitted admitted that I was there and that they spelled my name as Belinda instead of Melinda. Heather never apologized, nor tried to turn this issue into a better customer experience. Heather said she would tell the manager and she hung up the phone.
Great place good food, nice service. But the shake machine has been broken today and the last couple times I've come in.
I love Showmars food favorite dish is the salmon Greek salad yum. Their flounder with hush puppies is the best.
We dined early, like 11:00 and we're surprised that the dining room wasn't clean and set up. There was a big cardboard box next to the register, why? It was off-putting to have a tip jar for the cashier (again, why?) front and center and TWO signs to tip your waiter on the register.I did like the layout and design of the interior. Since we were the only customers there it was quiet.The food, well it was delicious. Served on a real plate, diner style. My pita burger had perfect ratios of bread to meat and condiments to meat. It was hot and the lettuce and onions were fresh. The pita was charred just enough to enhance the flavor.
Showmars is a fantastic place to eat! The prices are not stupid expensive. You can get a great meal at a great price. The restaurant is always clean and service is always great. I feel like since they have moved they are more limited on space inside. Parking outside close to the restaurant is also limited. If you cannot find a space to park, then you have to park in the spots across the street. It is worth it. Try the fish sandwich combo! My favorite!**I will update to say since Covid the staffing has not been good, just like everywhere else. It is disappointing to order take out get home and the order is wrong, then drive all the way back.**
It took awhile for them to reopen the dining room but the food was good and the service was great. Glad to be able to eat in again instead of only take out.

Dined in... Brought half of our order but lost the rest of the order. When we confronted them they gave us attitude and proceeded to take longer for the second half of the order than the first half! No apology, no sense of urgency... And in fact gave us more attitude when we asked for an update.
Better customer service.
