I hate to give Shane's a less than stellar review because they do have good things on their menu. The Shaniac burger, when available, is one of the best burgers around. Their wings and nuggets are usually sauced well and tasty. However, after getting the $50 family meal pack, I was left disheartened. The two large sides were anything but. The container shown was for my large side salad. It is shown with a AA battery for scale. Try sharing that 4 ways in a family. The okra side was not much better. Shane's, you can do better. Get some decent size large containers.
Let's start at the top baked beans were a great side ... fresh onion ... flavor .. a chunk of pepper in them! Cole slaw .. not so much .. no flavor ...tasted like wet cabbage ... ribs were large .. meaty ... but lacked any flavor or smoke... pressure cooked?? Not tender or fall off the bone at all... Same for pork ... meh! Grilled chicken was rubbery and old .. spent my one chance at some good Carolina BBQ here and wasted it
I actually left hungry today... Now, I'm prefacing this by saying that I eat here pretty often and have never had an experience like this before. That being said, I know there's a lot going on with supply chains, etc., but this is just unacceptable. An $12 order of wings shouldn't make me laugh when they show up to table. These were literally the smallest wings I've ever seen. I'm really hoping the owner addresses this with the supplier if the next shipment of wings is this pitiful.
As always the food was delicious. The employees are courteous. I'ts my go to whenever I want barbecue because you get your money's worth.
BBQ was good, coleslaw was good, ribs were just okay, the mac and cheese was not good. Location was clean. Plenty of parking spaces outside. You walk up to order and you can take it to go or they can bring it to your table. You can order online as well. Food seemed fairly priced. They have a kids menu.
The food was absolutely amazing! I was blown away at how good it was. I picked my order up and was terrified something would be missing but everything was there and neatly packed. Great food. Will not be my only time eating here!
The person that took our order was super sweet and tried her best to make this a good dining experience but the good service ended there. We ordered sat down and then we’re informed they were out of pulled pork but we could get anything else off the menu we wanted, until we wanted anything that wasn’t pulled chicken. So we settled for pulled chicken. The food comes out it is refrigerated cold. My fries were missing toppings we had to go back and request. My husbands food was half cooked half over cooked. Overall a super disappointing meal.

The cashier was rude and unprofessional. The store was dirty. I ordered and after 30 minutes asked for my money back. Note the place was almost empty and I still waited that long and no service. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
One of the best Shane's we've ever visited. We had an app coupon we couldn't get to work and the manager honored it which we really appreciated. The okra tasted homemade and the chopped chicken was perfect! So tender and flavorful that it didn't even need sauce. Also love their peach tea! Thank you to the staff for a great experience!
