Disappointed. The one is Charlotte lasagna have way more flavor. This one also taste like old pot water. The mozzarella sticks had more flavor but they were not cheesy or crispy. It had a smooth outside texture.If they can't get the lasagna right, I don't want to taste anything else.

Not family friendly . No changing table in restroom, extremely limited menu for children and difficult to communicate with server . Their mozzarella sticks are good but I was only there long enough to get my appetizer before deciding to leave . Would not recommend for anybody with children .
The good: I was really surprised when I first walked in on how clean this restaurant is and how friendly the staff is. We were seated in under two minutes and the food was phenomenal. Check out the mozzarella sticks they are delicious.The bad: None
We've been coming to Portofinos off and on since they opened, many years ago. The food had always been good - but now they won't bring out any butter - saying they don't serve butter since they have oil on the table. Also salads no longer come with entrees and have to ordered separately. Sorry Portofinos - today was my last visit simply because you won't provide a basic food item if requested.
Service is AMAZING! The food is so much better than you can even fathom for a little strip mall restaurant. It tastes like a 5 star in NYC. Highly highly recommend!
We love this place and do take out from here on a pretty regular basis. Food is good and folks are friendly. Not sure what some of the other folks' experiences were but we go there often and almost never have a problem. And on the rare occasion we do, it is taken care of quickly and professionally. I would (and do) recommend this dining place eagerly.
Excellent Italian food snd service. Pizza is excellent, as well as the lobster with vodka sauce special last night! Calamari was just wonderful. Must eat here if you haven’t already!
The entree was good, appetizer not at all and the service was terrible. We NEVER received our salads; the appetizer came after the entrees. They had NO butter for the one small loaf of uncut bread we received. It was hard to get refills in the small plastic disposable glasses we were given. This was an expensive meal to not receive everything and for it to not be very good. I will never go to this Portofino's again. We have had poor service there before and wanted to give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE on our part!
Waiters have no personality or character.not even a smile. Not once did they ask if we needed anything. Didn’t give me the salad ordered. Didn’t bring any dressing with my salad and when they did it was the wrong dressing. Chicken had no flavor at all. Also overheard the waitress speaking in Spanish that I was of a certain ethnicity which I am not. (Plus for me is that I understood) . It’s far cry from what Portofinos used to be. ??????
