On 4/5/22 I bought 4 large pizzas for a gathering of about 10 people. When I opened up the boxes at the gathering, one of the pizzas was black. This was a little embarrassing. On our way back home I returned the pizza for a refund. The guy at the register apologized for the inedible pizza and proceeded to tap on the computer screen. I assumed he was processing a refund to my credit card. He threw away my receipt. That should have been a red flag there. Anyway, I have yet to see a refund posted on my credit card. I've never had a problem with this pizza hut before, but this is unacceptable.
This was my first time ordering pizza hut online and the first time in quite a while that I've eaten it at all. It was a pretty easy process to check out as a guest. I did a big box special and ordered carry-out. It said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived after about 20 minutes. I walked in and apparently a customer didn't get the wings he ordered. The customer waited quietly and patiently to the side as I stood at the counter waiting. An employee, probably the manager, made his disappointment in the other employees very clear and I thought he wasn't talking to them with very much respect, even if they did make a mistake. After a few minutes of standing inside, I was finally greeted. The food was hot and ready. I think a 3 star review would be too harsh, as I don't know the full story of the situation, but simply greeting people as they walk in would go a long way to improving customer service: "Welcome, we will be right with you".
I've been ordering weekly for years now and my pizza has been delivered late only once - when I called to ask for an update, the employee (I assume a manager) was very attentive and helpful, if maybe a little too eager to give me free stuff. Not that I mind! Either way, great attitude. Solid QSC from this place.
I made an online order but the order was never received because the store was closed upon my arrival. I was still charged for the order and my rewards were taken even though I never received any food.
left part of my order off so when I arrived for pick up I had to request additional items. Staff were friendly and helpful and went to make additional items. After a 15 minute wait my additional items were brought out to me. However when I got home the additional items were incorrect. I called and was put on hold twice. Ultimately the store did remake the items properly and staff was continually helpful- just the accuracy and timeliness were issues.
The Pizza was good, However the person at the checkout was NOT, very un-professional and inattentive. Pizza Hut would do well to pick another person for this up front position, it does set the tone of things!
I have been getting thin crust pizza lately and crust has been a little bit overdone and hard. I’m not totally disappointed with the pizza it just seems to happen on thin crust. And this has happened several times. Maybe the pizza with thin crust doesn’t need to be cooked as long. This is just my opinion only. Maybe other people like it this way
The last 2 times I have ordered, my pizza arrives burned. One time is understandable, but 2 times in a row is ridiculous. I will not be ordering here again
The pizza was hot and had the right amount of toppings. There was also a perfect amount of sauce. It was delicious!
I called and ordered a cheese pizza and a order of bread sticks and they said 20 minutes so arrived there in 18 minutes and paid and waited a few minutes. They gave me a cold but had been burnt cheese pizza and cold hard bread sticks with no sauce. The pizza was so dry and burnt. This was not the first time and looked like they poured a bottle of grease all over my pizza among it tasting like cinnamon. I was about to throw up trying to eat it cause I didn't want to have wasted my money.Then a few days before that I ordered a supreme pizza for my son and told it would be done in 15 minutes got there and they didn't even put the order in and had to wait double the time. This is ridiculous.
