I am sorry to say that the pizza was very dry and we didn't like it at all. This is the second time we have had it and didn't enjoy it we ate may 1 slice each
Worst customer service ever ordered a pizza and breadsticks, the pizza was Semi okay ask for extra toppings, DID not get them. Ordered breadsticks With extra toppings They were horrible they were dry, baked on a different bread and the extra toppings was just dumped on there it wasn’t cooked on them. Call the store right back no one would answer tried to get someone on the phone for about an hour and 15 minutes no one would ever answer the phone. Call the very next day at 9:48 AM Manager on duty very rude say he was busy I said but I had a situation last night he said call back at 10:30 I’m busy and he hung up on me. I would never ever ever go to this Pizza Hut or any Pizza Hut ever again. I don’t even know how this Pizza Hut is still in business the majority of their reviews are one star. If you want pizza do not choose Pizza Hut they don’t even care.
Ordered a pizza I knew it was going to take a long time so ordered early. Get a message that DoorDash is delivering my pizza. What!!?!? If I had known I would have never ordered it for delivery. Get the message my driver had arrived went outside stood out there for thirty minutes walked around my building suddenly it says pizza delivered I never got a pizza!!!! I couldn’t get a hold of anyone of the driver, I called Pizza Hut and just got placed on hold nobody would even answer it after a while. I knew it was a huge mistake to order from here. If I had known they were using DoorDash for delivery would have never ordered delivery.
I called to place an order. Was told 30 minutes. We arrive about 40 minutes later. They forgot our breadsticks. By the time they completed the order, our food was cold. The manager on duty had the worst attitude. When we started to complain, she got an attitude with us. She yelled and practically threw the food at us. When we got home I called to ask for the district managers number or for them to contact me. The same manager started flipping out again. I had to stop her and calm her down to receive the information requested. She assured me the district manager would be in touch. The district manager never reached out. Worst customer service ever!!!The pizza also tasted like cardboard. This location needs better leadership.
My pizza was way to cheesy, I was only able to eat one. It was so much cheese, it slid off the pizza and left nothing but sauce topping. I end up having to spend more money to get something else to eat. I was very disappointed because me and my daughter was excited to have pizza and movie night.
I never received my order! When I called the store to find out where my food is, I was put on hold for 15 minutes the first time, 16 minutes the second time and 26 minutes the 3rd time. I went to the store only to find that it was closed. The website states that the restaurant is open til 1am. That is not true, I was there at midnight and the store was closed. I ordered my pizza at 9:08, I received a text message at 10:39 pm stating that my pizza was out for delivery and never received my food!
I ordered delivery and waited over 3 and a half hours for my order. Definitely not happy especially when it's 7:54pm and I have not gotten my order and the time is after 11:30pm just unacceptable! In the event if the store does not have adequate staff there needs to be communication with the customers about that and how to proceed with the order etc. Have ordered many times from this location never had an issue until now. Better communication if something like this happens moving forward would be my suggestion.
The breads ticks were burnt to an inedible crisp which was a complete waste of 10 dollars. Literally half of our order was ruined. Rather than addressing it, or correcting, they just silently added a free cold chicken Alfredo pasta thing that was also not suitable for consumption. Pizza was alright though.
We ordered the pizza online for delivery at 12 and it’s 1 o’clock and they are closed now. We didn’t receive our pizza…. We ordered ahead of time. This is the first time we have ordered from this location and I’m honestly disappointed. My boyfriend called Pizza Hut awhile ago at 12:40 and they left him on hold for 20 minutes intentionally so they would be closed and they won’t “have” to pick up the phone! I will definitely be calling corporate.
Of course I have not been to Pizza Hut in forever especially considering I think we all been stuck in our house almost 2 years or so now. I am supposed to be anyways I'm pretty sure most people I know besides me was go go go anyways that was before when they were they were pretty cool the food was good they were clean I'm sure if there's still a thing it's the same. I'm not going I wanted my point ?
