Cashier was nice, but this pizza is the worst I've had in a long time...simple yuck! Cardboard with bland cheese and hardly any sauce...yuck!! At least the racoons will be happy tonight!! cause that's were this NY style pizza ended up... I want my money back please!! I guess when Papa John left so did the pizza!A frozen pizza is totally better ...
Even though the store was super busy, the staff were doing a great job. Pizza was just as expected and tasted great.Good job ladies and gentleman.
Same driver, John, can never find my building and never has the sauces I order. He asked if I just had one pizza I told him also a marinara sauce he says maybe it’s in the box so I open to check and when it’s not there he says I don’t know I just deliver the order. Waste of $0.50 for sauce I didn’t get and $8 for the tip not deserved.

We've had normal experiences getting delivery from this location, which is why it's a three star instead of a 1 star review.Now for the bad experience. We ordered online and asked for delivery like we normally would, but the online quote (which only shows once you complete checkout) showed that it would be over 2 hours for delivery. I immediately called and asked if we could switch it to carry out. The guy on the phone said he could get it changed. He then said it would be about 15 minutes before it was ready. I arrive in 15 minutes and a guy walks up to me and asks me my name and then looks around for a pizza only to say that my pizza isn't ready, but it should be up soon. Over the next several minutes, 2 or 3 other people appear to be getting their pizzas remade for one problem or another. I walk up to the counter after waiting longer, and the young lady says my pizza was marked for delivery, but that she can update it. I told her I already called and someone said they did that over the phone. A few minutes later she tells me to call my own home to see if the pizza has been delivered. It's important to mention: it felt like they had no idea what happens to a pizza between the time the order is made in the system and the time the box is ready for them to find in the pizza area. Almost like it was some mysterious magic that created pizzas. It's a 15x20 room... how hard is it to track down what is going on with an order? Anyway, the manager who appears to be making pizzas catches wind that my pizza is lost and points up to the screen and says "see this marker, that's your delivery driver, and see this marker? that's your house. It's being delivered right now". I say thanks and walk defeated out the door. The manager must have seen the look on my face and said "hey, I'll take care of it". I assume that meant a refund, but weeks later, no refund was to be found. The people working that day seemed nice enough, I think they need some additional training.
I’ve really never had a bad experience from this store when ordering. 99% of the time, my pizza is ready in 20-30 min and consistent in its taste and appearance. The staff gets you in and out quickly. With that being said, I’m not a delivery pizza person and always order carry out so I can’t attest to that experience.

They were quick with delivery. I tried calling about an order I placed, they hung up on me twice and the next time they just put me on hold for fifteen minutes waiting for me to hang up so they wouldn’t have to deal with me. The delivery guy was so nice and sweet.
