As soon as I walk in the door and they ask me if I had a pickup order and I told the lady and the skinny guy that we were placing an order. The girl at the register was extremely rude and was like "oh you're wanting to place an order? We're not doing that we're too busy. Our whole screen is filled up and the wait time is at least 45 Minutes and we're the only 2 here."I didn't know fast food restaurants turned people away for being too busy? I've worked in fast food before and also have been a manager of a pizza hut and have worked multiple shifts by myself with one other person. Yeah it absolutely gets busy and it sucks but NEVER have I ever turned anyone away. I'm pretty sure that's not allowed.
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a pizza at 8:06 PM and was told a 45 minute delivery time. I called the store an hour later and the girl said my order was next to be delivered. I called back another hour later and after holding forever I spoke with some guy that said he couldn’t even tell me if my order had even left the store and was going to transfer me to a manager. The call dropped immediately. I tried to call back many…MANY times and couldn’t even get anybody to answer so I could cancel the order. 3 hours later a door dash driver comes bringing a room temperature pizza. I understand they are short staffed, but don’t tell people 45 minutes and it take 3 hours. I never would have ordered the pizza.
Placed my order at 8:42 and then the doordasher canceled the order so i called them and they said my pizza wouldn't be here until 10:45.
Too long of a wait, store under staffed, pizza and knots were good, wings not so much.
Usually I order online so I'm in and out,! But great customer service.
The manager there is very respectful and customer friendly. He is attentive to the door. Great experience! No complaints. Food is greatThank you papa johns
2 stars for the good employees.Other than a few nice people, this place is shady.There is definitely something going on with them and Doordash.They put the orders on Doordash, and when the driver comes to pick it up they say"The customer came to pick it up"Which is a lie.One time we were ***in the parking lot*** when we received an oder.When we go in, they say;"The customer came to pick it up"Which is impossible.They make you drive to the store just to laugh at your face.
Gave me infectious colitis and wouldn't even pick up the phone when I tried to call and inform them about it.
I ordered from this store around five and was waiting on my order. When I checked the status which was two hours later, the store had canceled my order. No call or text. I had to call to see why. Very disappointed.
