This is my family's favorite place. However, the last visit was not the best. They are short staffed. We waited 45 minutes before waitress took our drink order. We were there another 45 minutes before she took our food order. After submitting our order the food came pretty quickly. But, my husband's food was wrong. The waiter who brought the food out said he would take it back and get the correct order. We sat there for about an hour and he never got his food. My bonus son and I were already finished with our food and it still never came. So, my husband said forget it and take it off the bill, which they did.
Food is great but the service is the worst. We were seated as soon as we walked in and there was only one other family in our section but the server walked by us multiple times with out acknowledging us. We waited 20 mins and he never came to take our drink order. Hopefully this changes and when it does I’ll change my rating cause like I said the food is great.
Food was pretty good, but operations and service severely lacked.Ordered "new" bar drink from menu, waitress cake back 10 mins later said they no longer carried it, so ordered another.Later apps and main course came together, still no drinks and not prepared as ordered. Had to flag down the manager when waitress was obviously avoiding what she knew were issues. Would drop and run from table so as to allow no time for us to talk.Also to note was building is infested with carpenter bees so badly out door dining is closed. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO HIRE AN EXTERMINATOR, or fire the current company if one is in place.Overall food was good, but until operations are fixed I Would avoid.
I work just about right next door to this place and never been in until today for lunch The food was good but the service was GREAT. My server was a young lady named Dejah. I was very pleased with her professional attitude and how she paid attention without helicoptering me. I will definitely go back just to see if I get her again.
Good food, large variety of drinks, staff very nice. Never too crowded.
Horrible service. We waited over an hour just for Andy to give prompt service to two ladies behind me. They arrived over 30 minutes after me and got their meal right away because they said they will tip good. I am a bartender so I like to tip 40% but the service was not worth more than a $5. Andy definitely needs more training. He needs to not prejudge tables and treat each table the same. Each table is money and you never what anyone is going to give. He lost out on a $40 tip.
We decided to go a bit earlier rather than peak time and discovered they do manage seating flow based on there staffing level. Fair enough but even so we had a heck of a wait, we may have fallen through the cracks? Our server was doing a good job but we did have to question the wait. In this case it was not so much that something went wrong but that the manager made good on it. The food finally arrived and it was very good, the shrimp tacos were sweet and spicy as described and the chimichanga was excellent as well. Also loved the black beans. We will go back again!
Waited 20 minutes at our table after seated by hostess, person behind us went to hostess to ask what was holding up service. Told him there was a server. But no one approached. It couldn't be lack of employees. Plenty of servers standing around by kitchen doors yapping. So we left, gave up.
Beautiful building,inside and out. The food was flavorful. The food size portions were not so giving. Our waitress Desiree was awesome !
