Isaak was wonderful and served our family with great hospitality! It is hard to believe he is still in training. Isaak embodies excellent customer service and confidence. He appears to have a heart for serving his guests and does so with pride! He was attentive to our table and we greatly appreciated his knowledge of the menu. He represented Olive Garden very well. We appreciated having him as our server and felt that his presence enriched our family's dinner. Please let him know we thought of him and his service highly!

To be honest we are pretty let down. I called at noon to reserve a table for 13. We were told they would not do that and to just call an hour ahead. I call an hour ahead and am told oh we have 3 large parties ahead of you it'll be 3 hours! We checked in and waited about 40min to sit then it took over an hour after the salad came for our dinners to arrive. My chicken marsala came out with Alfredo sauce?? on the pasta which is a new one for me and the chicken was very salty. One of our parties dinner was accidentally taken by a different waiter and she didn't receive her food until everyone else had finished eating; by our suggestion the fee for her meal was removed. We just wish there was a better plan in place for large parties to reserve farther in advance to avoid the long waiting and clear stress on the kitchen. Our waitress Ariana was fantastic, attentive, and kept checking on us; we understand the kitchen faults were not her responsibility.

It was my first time here and it was very clean, nice staff, and clean bathrooms. The waiter I had, Drew I believe was his name; was extremely nice, chill and extremely friendly! I like the touch of old school jazz quietly paying in the background. No loud children as well ?The food was very well made and it was very good. It's worth the price 100%

My family took me out for my birthday. When the waitress asked if we were celebrating anything my wife quietly told her "it's his birthday, but no group singing please." Our order was taken and everything was delivered quickly, hot and as ordered. Our drinks never ran out and plates were cleared when emptied, all without our conversations being interrupted. Back to my birthday celebration, our waitress quietly asked me which dessert I wanted and a few minutes later here she came. She leaned down and asked if she could sing happy birthday to me in German. "Absolutely!" I received a one on one serenade that was a beautiful surprise. We love this place.

These seating staff at this location is totally incompetent! We called ahead an hour in advance and still waited over an hour for a table. I realize sunday lunch is busy but when you watch three parties who arrived after you be seated before you the wonder sets in then the wait staff lied and said we were next twice and seated other people. I was not pleased! The food was very good but a bit pricey in my eyes 4 orders of chicken Alfredo, one kids ravioli and 5 teas was $100. However our waiter David was phenomenal! He totally saved the experience for me! He comes highly recommended .

I want to thanks the receiver staff they were able to accommodated me with a booth. Also Erika (waitress) for giving us so much attention. Every few minutes she passed by to check on us. Our food was a little late, the manager came over and apologized for the delayed she was so kind I wanted to thanks her for great attention. Food delicious. I love that lasagna clasico. also the strawberry bellini. Great cocktail.

This has been put off since 12.11.2021. The food is always delicious! The lunch menu is fantastic with a very good price, depending on what you choose. What makes the place even better are the people working there. Especially four of them - Izzy, Isaac, Kayleigh & Justin. On a day I wasn't at my best, they really turned it around with their smiles, laughter, and delightfully fun conversation that they interspersed between prompt service to other customers as we waited for a table. I dubbed them the Olive Garden Entertainers in regard to a joke about a 'dance-off'.The enthusiasm, laughter & joy they spread was infectious. Great people, great food - and kudos to the management for letting them be themselves, which they did not take advantage of!

Food is always good. The service was slow buy seems to be the norm these days. Wine prices are reasonable. I had the grilled chicken Asiago stuffed tortellini in Alfredo sauce and it was delicious!

I really want to give this one 4.5 stars. We have a consistently good service and food over the past 2 years or so.Occasionally a server may not be quite as attentive, but our server for this visit was definitely on point.

Went to eat at 11 o'clock the manager only had 2 people scheduled to wait on 5 tables in one area no social distance so we asked a manager to come speak to us about that and she said it's not mandatory so that's why they're not following the guidelines no more ...But it's not being safe to the employees are the patrons come to eat especially the ones that have kids And after we had the conversation with being social distance she wanted to know if we wanted to move and we was already finished eating lunch... Found out the new manager has only been there almost 3 weeks has no clue I think they need they need to look into that situation
