I've given this place a few tries as I have always enjoyed their chicken alfredo but it seems like the portions have gotten smaller and smaller. This time I tried the Cavatappi Lemon Parm with Shrimp and I was completely underwhelmed. The taste of the food was decent but in my opinion it wasn't worth $14 bucks. This was the bigger portion and it literally looked like a side item.

There were a lot of selections and what we ordered was ok. The meatball were the best part. The dish I got was a bit bland to me. That was not the reason for the review though. The pace had 3 associates that I saw and no customers when we walked in. The tables were dirty, drink station and surrounding floor was dirty. I was seriously considering leaving at that point. I figured as much as we paid, the food had to be amazing! Not the case. It was ok, but nothing to write home about. The staff did no cleaning the entire time we were sitting there eating.. disturbing.
The staff was very friendly and eager to help us. The food came out quickly and was very good. The only bad thing I have to say is that the floor around the drink fountain was sticky, but it won't deter me from going back.
My 10-yr old grandson visited your Gastonia store today. I ordered orange chicken lo mein for him, and shrimp scampi for me. Both were terrible. My shrimp scampi was extremely dry with just a little sauce. I asked your staff person to add more. And he said it would cost me $1.50 extra. I was amazed, Particularly after I had just spent $30+ on the food. I asked him again and he said no, it was company policy to charge for more garlic sauce. I write now so that you will know about this awful customer-unfriendly practice, hoping that you will change it. And I write also to let others know what they are in for if they decide to dine there.I will not patronize it again because I refuse to pay for poor service.
Food was pretty good, the home made rice crispies were really good . The online ordering was fast and easy.EDIT 2022 update: Ordered buffalo Mac and my daughter got a kids meal. Food is still good. Service was very friendly and helpful at the register.

I came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago with a friend. I was impressed by how many choices there were and ultimately decided on the shrimp scampi pasta. It was pretty good but my only gripe was that the shrimp were pretty big, which kind of turned me off of the dish a little bit. Also, they had sweet tea as an option but it was not sweet at all. I think I will go back again and try something different but for my first visit, it was just okay.
Food was decent for a chain restaurant, wouldn't recommend though for an authentic experience. Staff was friendly. Kind of pricey. Not sure if I'd go again.
We found this place by chance last week. We've already returned 3 times. The pasta dishes are amazing! The food is prepared right after you order so its definitely fresh. We didn't have to wait long for our meals either; which was a plus. My daughter does not eat meat so it's nice that menu items can be prepared specifically to accommodate her dietary needs. Great find for sure!
