Not enough flavor. I got a burrito and built it myself online. Not sure if it was the sauce I picked or what but it just didn’t have no flavor to me at all. The salsa was ok but also lacked the kick of cilantro. The queso was great and the chips are a hit and miss. Sometimes stale and sometimes fresh. Overall I don’t really like to visit here a lot just because the flavor isn’t there for me.
I love Moe’s rather I go in or I order online. My food is always prepared just how I like it and overall the customer service is great. Only problem I had was today when I made an online order and picked my order up I was missing extra meat. I kindly asked for the meat to be added not really caring how they added and the guy looked at me like I was lying when It clearly said extra steak( and there was none) Thanks the manager was there and he made sure I got what I paid for. I just disliked the response considering I eat there fairly regularly and I could’ve been a grinch about but I wasn’t.
Came here and got a bowl. It was good, however, the restaurant itself was filthy. The salsa area was disgusting. The windows looked like they hadn’t been washed in a while. Countertops and tables not wiped down in a while. Not all employees were wearing gloves. Would never return.
The food was good, It's like chipotle, but less busier, their line was pretty long. I would recommend it.
The customer service varies widely between witch person is wrapping your burrito, from very rude to extremely nice.The style is like Chipotle, you make your burrito on an assembly line. The food lacked flavor and the chips they gave me where stail i dont know if that is normal it was my first experience. It was 24 dollars for a regular and meatless burrito that lacked in flavor. I think their is better food to be eatin elsewhere.
I love this place, I always go to this location. Tonight I placed an order online for the first time my mother ordered a bowl and burrifor myself. For whatever reason my order was incorrect wasn't happy about that so I called and spoke to chris the manager and he was just so polite, very professional and corrected my issue quickly. Will continue dto dine here, I know things happen , but chris kudos to you!!
Women's bathroom didn't work, food was cold, service was colder. I was ashamed to take my mother here for an afternoon meal. 0/5, never try again. Poor take on Mexican cuisine.
Another one to cross of my “Want to go” places. I ordered the nachos, they were OK. I know this is a chain and a fast food type of place but I choose Chipotle over Moe’s. The selection of meat and other “add ons” is too limited for me. I had mine with ground beef but overall, I was not impressed. The place was clean, staff was nice (some happier than others) but for now, 3 stars will reflect how I feel.
