THE BEST. The sweetest lady working May 22nd at dinner time at the window, she was so so so kind and is always kind when we come through. Management needs to be aware of the best and hardest working employee they have there. Need to get her name next time I come through!
One of the worse McDonald's around. Can't get any order right. While dining here, they managed to get our order completely worng, along with about 15 others.
It's only 9:30 and the people at the drive thru aren't taking anyone's order. There's a line backed up all the way around the parking lot been sitting here for 10 minutes with one car in front of me. They haven't even taken his order yet, if you let your employees sit there and be lazy before it's even time to close maybe set new hours.
Twice i have ordered a quarter pound deluxe and i get a quarter pound not deluxe. Ordered two medium fries and got one.
Not sure about this new management…the drive through definitely moves faster but the cones and having to drive around the entire parking lot to get into the drive through is ridiculous. I ordered a large Diet Coke and the boy at the window handed me my drink, said it was diet, and the lid was marked diet, but it was regular Coke. The boy at the window was super nice and polite, but I didn’t realize until I was already home :( The woman taking orders and money at the first window was not particularly polite. Maybe the boy at the food window could give her some pointers.
I really hope the owner sees this because this particular McDonald's has gone through a lot of great changes and the people there are polite and prompt. This morning February 24th I ordered two sausage biscuits for an elderly couple I work for. The biscuits were so dry you could hardly eat them. When I used to eat biscuits at McDonald's I remember they used to have some kind of butter or oil or something on them and they were much more light and fluffy. Not sure if they've changed the recipe or what but these biscuits almost were like frozen ones that you just stick in the oven. Just wondering if it's a fluke or if this is the new biscuits from McDonald's
2pm on a Sunday. One drive-thru open and closed inside. One car in front of me and it took 30 minutes for us to get our meal. I would've left but there was someone behind me and cones blocking the drive-thru next to us so we were stuck. Unfriendly girl at the window. Food was good though.
This location had alot of problems last year. Once the new owner took over there were supposed to be changes for the better. It was good for a while! I went through the drive thru last night and the service was horrible. The girl admitted to being rude and my food was not cooked throughly. She even admitted she was rude to me over me asking for sauce for my nuggets...lolI am done with this location and all Stanton locations. We have too many choices to tolerate bad food and service.
Waited in line this morning for 15 minutes. The lady taking orders would only take the other lines orders. I finally had to just pull off. If you have somewhere to be in the morning, I would not recommend going to this McDonald's.
This location has gone through a much-needed transformation! I gave up on this place last year but the new owners have really stepped up their game! I have yet to wait more than a minute in the drive through line. Fast and friendly service every time!
