I’ve never been to a restaurant so disgusting in my life. No clean tables, trash everywhere, and the bathroom was repulsive. I don’t know how they pass a health inspection. Plus, our kids bag of apples was CUT OPEN when we got it. We said, HECK no and got a new one. Never come here. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.
Probably one of the grossest restaurants I’ve been to. We got there at 8am and every table was nasty like it had been slammed. But the chairs were still stacked on the tables from last night… so I don’t think they clean lol. Also tread lightly, because the entire floor is covered in an unknown grease. I think they just mop the fryers and then mop the floors. Seems likely.
Seriously wish I could give less than one star! Sitting here as I type this at the drive thru speaker. Been sitting here for over five min and nobody has said a word on the speaker. Finally just pulled around to the window and had to place our order there. While we were at the window all the employees were cutting and acting up with each other. No one apologized or anything!! This will be the last time I ever come to this location. It has gone downhill.
They have too many kids working in this McDonald's they dont take the job seriously , this place is poorly run its dirty the wait times are bad
Went to McDonald’s in Gastonia and it was absolutely terrible. I pull up to the window and the lady handed us my drink. The drink had no ice and was half way filled. Once I got home I knew that something would be up with the food if they couldn’t even make a drink right. My cheeseburger had barely any toppings and they hardly filled up my fries. I will never go to this McDonald’s ever again. I’ll just make the extra trip to Belmont since it seems like they have there McDonald’s together and know how to train employees.
Cold food terrible customer service. One worker was right by the restaurant smoking. No organization at all. Staff extremely rude
Don’t bother eating here - they are out of everything. Left me sitting in my car after doing a mobile order to say they couldn’t do 1/2 of my order. Do not patron them until they get their act fixed! Refund is fine & dandy but aim still out my stuff after waiting over 20 min!
Staffing shortage, I am sure. The food was delicious and the customer service was fine. The dinning area was a mess and I had to ask for napkins.
Ordered our food and was told to pull up and it would be brought to us. Waited 20 minutes for someone to bring us a bag of food that was missing some of our food. Also decided to then tell us they didn’t have chocolate milk. Had to go back in because no one came back out for the drink replacement they told us they would get for the chocolate milk. Seemed like everyone inside waiting also had issues with their orders. I literally avoided the McDonald’s beside my house to go to this one so I could have a decent experience. That didn’t happen here either. I’m convinced all McDonald’s have turned into poor quality establishments. I know nothing will come of this but at least I can warn others before they waste their time and money. If I could rate this lower I would.
Worst customer service ever. Taylor who works behind the counter likes to smart off at the mouth. Thinks it’s appropriate to talk trash to the customer because she isn’t competent enough to nor well mannered enough to do her job. The supposed manager on duty was belligerent and also incredibly disrespectful. Instead of handling the situation appropriately the supposed manager on duty tried to call the authorities because I wanted to double check my food after they continually messed my order up. Was so disrespectful he didn’t even hand me my card back but threw it in the bag with my food!! Johnny Wright the maintenance manager was polite but did lie about the info for the DM. I will be pursuing this further from a legal perspective.
