went with my family food was wrong, some not on the ticket. staff was rude using profanity when confronted about the mistake the staff continued to curse. They thought we took a picture and they were recording us and the staff stating we could inform the management they basically didn't care, I'm putting it so much nicer. They in turn threatened to call the police thinking we took a pic, it's not illegal, and threw our money back, which I'm glad, and refused our meal. I honestly would have thrown it away at this point. All this done in front of my family.... The disrespect to us, the store, management and herself. It's a shame this is allowed to continue to work in this establishment our money can go elsewhere.
Kept having to repeat what I wanted. And guy still didn't put chicken nuggets on order. Other than that food was good. M. D

I have witnessed them knock a 20 piece nugget onto the ground only to pick them up off the floor, put them back into the box and give them to the customer waiting in the drive thru. The night shift crew is disrespectful and are lazy, ignorant clowns. Only come here for breakfast, and make sure you come in and watch them make your food so they don't drop anything on the ground and make sure they are wearing gloves...
Edit, but still one star:Went there last night. Waited in a slowly moving line for about 20 minutes, only for a worker to come out and go to every car and say "We aren't taking any orders right now, just to let you know."Ok. I work customer service as well. I wish I could answer calls at my work and tell them I'm not accepting calls since I'm the only employee on my group working most nights. But ok, guess we'll go somewhere else!
They were so nice I got food and a mocha frappe and I waited a little ng time for my ride to pick me up and they didn't even bother me telling me I had to leave like other McDonald's do. Times are tough and sometimes I have to wait hours for a ride. They didn't make it harder. Thanks McDonald's employees
They could do better!! Always something missing and when you go in and try to make it right the manager treats you like you stole something or trying to get something free. Very bad attitude with customers. Seems to be a problem with McDonald's around here!

This McDonald's has a very efficient staff, They are always polite and friendly. They smile and wish you a good day. It doesn't take them long to get my food, and it is done right.
