It seemed short staffed. They want you to use the kiosk stations. They are filthy...all those fingers touching them. I asked one of the young ladies if she could take my order. She said she couldn't, she didn't know how. Are they not training people to work the cash register? COVID is not as scary as it once was but that doesn't mean sanitation should go out the window.
My second time going to this mcdonald and always give me the same excuses.... I order a strawberry milkshake .... the cashier is gonna tell me.... we cant make milkshake right now. So i ask can i get a mcflurry? Cashier gonna say we dont have no icecream at all??? How are you Mcdonalds not have no ice cream? Im sure just pure laziness. Smh i wont be back, just no good services there!
If I could enter any Star below the first one I would divide it up into pieces this is the rudest most unprofessional people that they put in the Drive-Thru windows I don't know about the rest of the employees but I do know I would have liked to takena couple of them face off. Slow curbside pick up order was wrong , put in a second order and left without my food after an even longer wait but drive thru kept moving the whole time, why offer curbside if drive thru takes priority
Burgers were good. Person who processed payment at 1st window was not very customer related. How hard is it tell someone thank you?
Food was hot and fresh the staff was fast and friendly! I have not been to a mcdonald's that was completely on point about everything in YEARS, THIS LOCATION AND SHIFT WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I am glad we stopped by and we look forward to returning!
Not only did I have to wait for the order to be finished for almost 40 minutes this is how they hand me the order???? I'm a dasher and this is NOT HOW YOU HAND OUT ORDERS!!! you need to fire everyone and hire new people. They all had attitudes and was mad they were working smdh.
Too busy listening to music and singing. Cant take a order right. Order a meal but was told. We didnt order with fries. Hate to see how many orders yall have gotten wrong.
Pulled up to order and was told due to technical difficulties couldnt take my order. Isn't first time this one or other mcdonalds has said this. Maybe they need to invest in better equipment or better yet better help.And the employees want 15.00. For what service isn't any better so guess ill visit other places to eat mcdonalds wont get any more of my business.
This location continues to have ongoing issues with customer service, availability of items, and getting orders correct. We have largely stopped using this location. Our last order was missing almost half of the most important items in the order. We will not be going there again.
