worst McDonald’s ever in Gastonia . Waste of time to even sit in line and place your order because they take forever. How don’t you guys have a card reader ? Or sprite ? Just ridiculous. Shut it down please
I was able to watch two episodes of friends on Netflix that’s how long the line was and when I get up there the cashier guy didn’t understand that it was a mobile order and he just walked off and there was a group of 10 people standing around doing nothing. The only person that was doing anything was a sweet girl with glasses but then she had to tell me there’s no sweet tea nor any apple pie and so she kept trying to get Jackie’s attention Jackie kept walking over and then walking back to the group that was sticking around and then walking back and I was saying Jackie could you entertain us and come here please because it already been forever Susan she blabbered that she give me two free apple pies next time I was there this McDonald’s seriously as a joke . Finally left there’s no burger on my cheeseburger it was cold or just onions every last worker there was like 20 workers not doing anything every last one of them had their pants sagging they were loud obnoxious and not doing anything putting their hands in water cups it was just weird it was really weird and I was told I was going to get a strawberry cream pie and then I got a cinnamon roll and Jackie needs to be replaced by the younger person because she looked just as high as the way younger kids she was playing around with.
Waited 2 hours for my food. Food was cold and I was missing two items, on top of that they never give you straws. Don't go to this mcdonald's unless you want to have a bad day. Their service is terrible!!!!!!
I’m not really sure if they are aware of this.. but they threw in 7 of these free coupons today on May 16 and the coupons are expired on April 30. ?
Went inside. Because I could. They were only taking kiosk orders and card only unless you used the drive thru. The employees behind the counter related this face to EVERYONE who walked through the door. A sign may have helped.
Waited in line for 15 min and didn't even move. Backed up and drove around and there is only 1 car at the window! There were at least 12 cars waiting for their order to be taken. I don't understand why the people who are working are so insufficient. It is like they work at a snail's pace while demanding higher and higher wages for less and less work all while prices skyrocket because of said wages.
These two show the management arguing with a customer about his order when all he wanted was extra tartar sauce and she flipped out
Do not go to this location this is the worst McDonald's on the planet it is disgusting and filthy. The slowest and most apathetic staff ever it is in serious need of new management and standards. Absolute waste of your time just go to the one up the street it is a vastly better location.
I had two coupons for a twenty piece nuggets and free two orders of fries and accidentally order an extra order of 20 nuggets and two large fries; I placed this order around four in the afternoon, I went later around nine at night to see if I could get a refund or get the rest of my order. The shift manager (Wanda) then proceeded to start yelling and telling me I was just trying you scam them out of food when I had my receipt with me and showed her. This McDonald’s has really bad customer service, especially Wanda. I was polite and there was no reason for Wanda to start yelling and getting loud.
Y'all need to work on your people skills! Yes, I'm talking Back to Basics. Plus, I ordered a Mocha Frappe and got a Caramel Iced Coffee.
