Very Very Unprofessional and POOR Service. Their power had gone out and they didn't have a register open yet. They had just reopened when I walked in.I DIDNT KNOW THAT!!! HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN THAT????So I walked up to place my order and (what looked like 10 kindergarteners were ALL staring at me like I just stepped out of a space ship). I said I'd like to place an order, (The 10 kindergartners just stared at me like I was speaking martian. One of the "KIDS" mumbled something, I don't know what I could barley hear him. You know, like a kid would do. Speak up, I can't hear you. Again ALL 10 Kindergarteners just stared at me. Finelly after a while, a more Mature kid said something like "he has to open a register. What? Finelly she explained to me what happened while ALL 10 Kindergarteners stood there All staring at me. This is REDICULAS. Can someone please make some SENCE to me. Then the manager came over and opened up the register and explained what happened. I guess the 10 Kindergarteners we're SAD that play period was over and it was time to go back to work and try and act like an adult. Worst experience ever!!! I really felt like I was in kindergarten.
Me and my friend went in to use the bathroom urgently. We used to work here back in 2020 and have never had a problem coming in with respect to eat or even speak to our old co workers who still continue to work at this location. As we step foot in here today we get the most disgusting stare from Jordy one of the food runners// cashiers, i look back at him and ask him if he has a starting problem and he continues to say “yea i do” so i said “please fix it”. My friend and i go into the bathroom and i have her run the water because i am bathroom shy, i was having stomach issues from what i had ate. My old manager Brian walks in and says “Are you ladies smoking in here” and i had said yes because i misheard him and thought he said “are you ladies in here” assuming he was checking for bathroom clean check. Brian continued to say “I’m gonna have to ask you guys to not come back in here again” so i’m leaving this review as in the employees are just rude and disgusting towards the customers.
Shout out to your staff who handled a very ugly guest earlier in the dinner service Saturday, April 23rd.She was clearly having one of those "The Help" moments (what appeared to be a racist correction moment in cleaning, very 1960's), and the staff member just didn't react.I wanna say to him that he is treasured beyond whatever rude thing that woman said. We watched the whole thing go down, and her approach after they got up to leave. He didn't bat an eyelash. We love this location, for the staff, the cleanliness, and now this episode. Thanks for all you do!!!
If I could rate a negative star I would. Your counter worker wiped his nose with a napkin then was going to get my drink from soda fountain. Really? I asked him to sanitize his hands before touching my cup. You need to teach food hygiene to your staff.
$27 for 2. Spud Max was good. Choose 2- half Ruben and chicken ceasar salad was okay. The salad had a lot of black/brown wilted soggy lettuce. Sweet tea is always good though. The staff has always been friendly and the place is pretty clean.
Food is ok but extremely over priced at $13 after veteran discount for just a sandwich and 4 bites of Mac and cheese.
What we got versus the picture posted on the app. McAlister’s needs to get some pointers from Chick-fil-A on how to fill a fruit cup. If you don’t have enough fruit to fulfill an order then don’t do it.
I'm not someone to complain, especially about restaurants but I was disappointed today. Our order was pretty basic...3 sandwiches, a salad and a couple spuds. It all looked like it was reheated in a microwave, no butter or sour cream. It looked like they couldn't be bothered to actually chop anything up like onions qnd broccoli. McAllisters has always been a place we looked forward to visiting and calling when the pandemic hit. But this was disappointing and annoyed. I hope it gets better like it was
Food was decent but during lunch hour, the cashier was not kind and did not greet me. Also, when I asked for help or questions she ignored me. Never felt so unwelcomed and I tipped , and slightly now regretting that which I usually never do because it’s a tip.
Had a Reuben last time I visited. It was very good. I have always had good experiences at McAllister. I look forward to my next visit there.
