Used online app thank god I didn’t pay full price! Pizza was cold toppings were none existent more bread that meat: philly cheese steak all cheese and veggies, also had to wait 20 additional minutes for my order. The deluxe pizza was the same. Reading the reviews online I was very disappointed and upset as this store is listed as 4? It must be employees writing the reviews. Not a good experience and will not go back!
I was so very disappointed by the way your employees treated me. I live down the street from the restaurant and I’ve thought about getting. Chicken wings from there. Never Never will I go there again.I ordered on line and it said it would be ready in 15 to 20 min.I waited and I went to get it. And the guy there said he had no order. I know that I did order from there but I thought I would look at my computer to make sure. I went back with pictures on my phone showing my order. Even that it was ready. I went back they had closed and I knocked and asked for the manager she told me itwasn’t there Uber probley had it and I ask why they would have it.she saw the pictures she knew it was Marcos that it was ordered from anyway I looked next day at my checking and Uber cashed my check why does orders go through them when you are called. Anyway I never got my chicken wings and my bowl I ordered and it cost me almost 22dollars. Never will I go back there and from the reviews I’ve read you are loosing money fast, I will just back to Enzo they are and always have been great. Peggy
If I could give it a zero I would. I got a pizza and wanted it lightly cooked so they wouldn't burn it. My pizza had nothing but raw dough. I asked them to remake my food because I'm not eating a pizza that isn't even cooked enough to eat and they wouldn'T remake it. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me either. They expect customers to eat raw dough. The guy at the register made a very smart remark that was uncalled for "lightly cooked means you take the pizza home and cook it yourself" and then started laughing about it. I will not ever come back here again. Marco's pizza used to be so good and the workers used to be extremely nice I've never had any problems until this incident. Hire better staff or you surely will lose a lot of great customers that have loved Marco's like I once did.
So first off!!! I just left there and these people are so freaking nice! Ms. Tiffany split my wings up with no issue, and then Casey brought my food to my car! And made sure i had everything! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The store manager should give them a gift card. Awesome service. For real. In a world where good service is hard to come by I feel we MUST ACKNOWLEDGE GOOD SERVICE & good employees. Great job again.
Great service, good food. Orders ready typically 10 to 15 minutes. Delivery and takeout. Got the app, ordered, great discounts, pickup order and this was written on boxes. Never got the cheesy bread.
I went here even after reading the reviews, I was like how bad could it be. I purchased a meatball sub with pepperoni, after the first bit I could have puked meatballs were cold like just out of the fridge cold. I immediately fed it to my dog. Just be sure you read reviews and not ignore I payed for it.
Ordered pizza last night they delivered to the wrong house. The house they delivered to happen to be inlaws that stay a couple house down .I called them an told them the situation first they told me to just go get the pizza from the in-law . I definitely was not doing that with covid and everything else goin on that's not sanitary. Then they said they would remake the order an to be standing outside. Stood outside for thirty minutes no pizza. Worst service ever the man I talked to who claimed he was a manager but didn't give his name was the worst an rude.
We eat Marco's quite often and the food is great! However the service they currently have was very rude during the order taking process & 2 of the past 4 times we've ordered we had hair in our pizza! This is absolutely disgusting & think they can do better than this... I gave 2 star's for the delivery driver's being absolutely great and very prompt on time quoted.
We went here and made sure to eat our pizza in store to try ut fresh. It was a hit. We definitely will be ordering more from Marco's in the future. My gamely and I really enjoy food places and trying new places out. So I'm glad we came in.
Never had a pizza bowl until I went here. Great place
