They did an excellent job catering our graduation party! Everyone raved about the food. We love Los Arcos!
Food was decent. Cheese dip was not the best. Margaritas were okay. Service was good.
The hot items on the lunch buffet were good; however, taco shells and French fries were stale after sitting out too long. Covers over the chafing dishes would be a great idea. If it weren't for the cars outside, we would have thought the restaurant had closed down since the grass was so high. The location that closed down in Charlotte and the one near Gaston Mall just have a nicer atmosphere.
Best Spanish/Mexican Food/Restaurant in Gastonia. It's even better than their Location on New Hope Rd. Although they both used to Awesome, that includes the food & service.
Food was great! Buffet is very small, and seemed crowded with very few diners in the restaurant. Dishes run out quickly, but are replaced soon after. Wouldn't recommend for larger parties, without calling ahead.
we was sitting there for an hour waiting on our food never once came back to fill our drinks. didn't even tell us they were short staffed or anything
Service was great despite a large party and a staff change over. Food came out piping hot. Only minor negative was it was clear the flavor of the pollo espinicha was contaminated with someone else's dish.
