The best server in the industry.. She has numerous request to have her serve you. Some of her patrons will actually call to see if she is working.... The food is amazing.. I especially love the salmon and sweet potatoes.. The atmosphere is very comfortable. Come see Lisa! and enjoy!
The service was a little relaxed at 2 pm, as the waitress took her time getting to me. I ordered a chicken salad combo that came with soup as the side. Since the service wasn't quick, I ate the soup, and had to box the salad myself to go. The salad was enjoyed later at home
The food was absolutely amazing as well as the service, highly recommend this place!
Me & my wife came here for a late lunch/ early dinner. The server was polite and professional. The bread is always good. We ordered shrimps for an appetizer. They were cooked well, but very salty. We didn’t finish it. My wife ordered a Caesar salad and French onion soup. The salad was drenched in dressing and I’m sure it was store bought. It’s easy enough to make it homemade. She didn’t finish it. The onion soup was mediocre @ best with way too much cheese, and the bread was way too soggy. The bread you put in onion soup is supposed to be very crusty so it’s not so soggy. The broth was scarce, tasted old and like store brand beef broth with way too much cheese. My wife didn’t finish that either. I got the 6 oz filet with lobster tail and asparagus and French fries. The asparagus was overcooked. The steak lobster and fries were good. And the jack and coke drinks were good and like I said earlier the service was good. Overall we were disappointed with the food. We probably won’t be back.
Service was great, wasn't very busy when we went so food was fast and delicious..
For it being a Friday before Valentine's we were seated quickly and got drinks in a fair amount of time. The staff seemed stressed and definitely stretched thin. It took a long time to get salad then we were told a part table was delaying our appetizer. After a little while our main course came out before the appetizer so we cancelled that. Our steaks were delicious in flavor but not cooked how we ordered them.. mine was rarer then I asked and my husband's was cooked very well done. All in all not a top visit but the food hit the spot for our first steak dinner since pre pandemic.
We have ate at longhorn once a week for the past year. Absolutely amazing food. Cooked to perfection. I'll never complain about anything. But when you try to call in an order at 6:00. And I tell you it will not be ready for pickup until 8:45. That tells me they put the car in orders in whenever they want to. Not happy with that at all. Find somewhere else to call in your orders. Longhorn you will have to seriously wait. Which I do not mind waiting on good food. But two and a half hours is ridiculous.
I was with my husband and another couple on Jan. 28.2022, and we had to wait approximately 30-45 minutes, which was a busy understandable Saturday evening. We all enjoyed our food except my husband wasn’t to fond of his steak. He says a good steak should not need steak sauce but this steak needed sauce. He will go again but not for a steak.
We had an emergency happen 10 minutes after we ordered. The staff was very kind however while packing up our food they forgot 3 of the food items we had ordered, but we were in such a hurry we forgot the receipt on the table. The steak was cooked to perfection
This location had dirty utensils and cups. Ordered myself and my husband ordered our steaks medium and it was well done when received. Attempted to also order cocktails but the bar was extremely back up and too over 20 minutes to get back to us telling us it would be more of a wait. We were already mid meal so we just said forget it. The waitress who attended us was nice and accommodating though.
