So I ordered online. I was expecting for my food to be done since it took 20 mins to get there. Nope they didn't even start to cook my order till I was there. I ordered 2 pizzas that r supposed to be ready. Got a hot and ready and extamostbest. Then got told It will just be a second. 25 mins later my 2 supposed to be ready pizzas after 3 other people get their pizza before me and they ordered when they got there. There was a 2 or 3 year old little girl running around the back with HOT OVENS and employees. She was cute but no place for a child. If I could give a 0 I would. The pizza was thrown together not cooked all the way through. And the crust was half the pizza. They should replace my order and not allow children at work.
Very pleased with this location! I placed a large order of pizzas for my daughter's Birthday party on the Little Caesars app and this location had my order perfectly completed at the correct time and was VERY nice! (Opposite of the experience that I had at another location for my son's Birthday party order of pizzas)
Honestly the service was terrible. I always come here so I didn’t expect anything bad. I loved Little Ceasers until I went this weekend. The lady at the register goes by “Angel” but the name on the receipt was Malika. She was so rude and not only that but she was asking everyone for tips. She told us they didn’t have cheese pizza and practically yelled when she said that. Then she told us to wait. We asked her if she wanted us the pay now and she said yes. Then she told us “Don’t forget your tip” and we didn’t respond because she was rude to us previously. Then when we didn’t tip her she said “Wow okay”. THEN we waiting another 20 minutes and another customer ordered. “Angel” or Malika also told the customer to pay a tip and out of embarrassment, I assume, the customer tipped her. Then Angel told us in front of everyone “See that’s how you tip” and she yelled that. It was embarrassing especially for her. She wanted to embarrass us. My mother and I told her “It’s not an obligation to pay you a tip, and I don’t have cash. What do you want me to do. And I don’t want to give YOU a tip”. Then Angel agreed but it was nonetheless embarrassing. Then we waited another 10-15 minutes and Angel tells us that they ran out of boxes and that they’re going to have to cut the pizzas and place them on top of each other. We let that slide. Until we watched her go to the back, trying to help and watched her cut the pizza and put them on top of each other. She did not wash her hands after touching the money. It was disgusting. That was our last straw so we decided to ask for a refund. Then Angel yells at us saying “She’s coming” as in referring to the sweet lady making the pizza. Never going there again, she was so rude from the start. We waited almost 50 minutes there. She served about 10-15 people during the wait. All we asked for was cheese pizza. Worst experience at Little Ceasers.
Last year 2 of my kids were hired and worked for this company for about 3 weeks. A lot of things went wrong in those 21 days. They left them with keys to open the building no training and continued to switch their schedule. The most unforgiving part is that they were never paid and 7 months later no one will return my call to discuss the issue all im being told is they switched companies. I called several people in the office still nothing. How do you expect to continue and respect a company who fully neglects the employees! Bad business
This place stays busy. Sometimes understaffed. I totally understand. These times are very hard. People feel they are owed something. However when I came here I noticed employees working as fast as they could. Hard to keep up with demand when there is only a limited amount of help. I appreciate you guys. Thanks
Food is always great, but service is lacking. Not sure if it’s understaffing causing inadequate training, but even when it’s simple “hot n ready” orders I get a deer in the headlights look. They always act generally confused by simple requests. Employees are friendly, just always seem confused
I really wish this was less stars. Place never has it together, and out of 6 visits, 0 have been on time, no one knows what’s going on, and they always suggest “it should be ready soon” having no idea where any orders are. The best experience is at most, 10 minutes late past the wait time.
The service at the drive-thru was terribly slow but when someone finally came they were very friendly and helpful. They even gave some free cookies to the kids to make up for the long wait. At least they are trying!
I ordered around 6:20pm, said the order would be ready for pickup at 7:04pm. I arrive at 7:10pm and the guy at the window told me to pull over and wait for my order. it is now 7:43pm and I'm still sitting here. I called the restaurant at 7:35pm as I have both my kids in the car waiting with me and they said "oh, it's been done for a while now". Are you serious?? So I wasted gas and time, for what?? the only good outcome out of it is that Vinny offered food to compensate. Please do better.
I know they call it hot and ready, but you can tell it's been sitting for a minute. Cheese on pizza was kinda hard and cheese sticks were dry
