I had my elderly grandparents in the back and they only wanted a few bites of pizza so we went to little ceaser on Davis Park rd. Much to our surprise, we were not greeted and they never acknowledged we were even in the lobby. When we tried to leave,due to no service, the personal asked us why we were leaving and pursued to follow us out the door and said racial slurs such as cracker and honkie. This action resulted in a counter action of " you will not talk to me that way" and action being taken to defend myself. All being said...I will NEVER place an order with this branch ever again!!
I ordered online and went to the store to pickup and they said they don't make Cra,y pepperoni Calzone pizza and a Crazy cheese Calzone pizza. I had confirmed email of order and time ready. The staff was ery rude and insisted I call the 800 number. Another manager came out and told they stop making it but she has the stuff to to make them. Kudos for the woman that stood up and satisfied the ordered. Unfortunately I give overall a very poor service rating
Very rude and short on the phone. We can stop using COVID as an excuse with terrible customer service. While trying to complete my order she was to busy talking in the background. Not to mention that our order wasn't READY in a timely manner. Also to add that the Kings Mtn location NEVER answers the phone. So inconvient and rude. Never again. Pm
Hot and ready is far from what I got waited 42 minutes for 2 pep and 2 crazy bread pozza was burnt and crazy bread was cold. Company slogan is HOT AND READY it was not hot nor was it ready

This little Caesars is horrible!! The General manager there should be fired and not even be in management LaToya Cook you are a disgrace to this restaurant!! Awfull customer service!! She was very rude!! One pizza was burnt and the cheese pizza was doughy and Raw!!
Was Door Dashing and one of the employees took two slices out of the food. The customer called us asking about the missing pieces and I had to tell him that I never touched his pizza. I tried to call the store to ask about the situation but there was no answer. I then called the customer back and told him that I tried call the pizza store and there was no answer. The customer then told me that he tried to call also and received the same result, there was no answer. This store needs new management and employees.
This little caesars had a right going on outside their store and did not call the cops or anything just stood there videotaping it. This makes me sick to think I used to eat their food. I will never give any little caesars my or my families business again.
Now I normally go and get the pizza myself. I'm having car troubles this time and I order online. Didn't know door dash delivered customers pizza. The guy calls me and says my order never went through.... I'm calling customer support and I never got a answer so I call the door dash guy again. Right when the phone call drops he cancels my order. Never ordering online with them again now I have to figure out how to get my money back and order from Dominos.
