If service gets any slower after 5pm they should go with a self serv and cook your own doughnuts and use keyosk to pay. It would be faster. Employees are two speed, extremely slow and sropped.
The staff are not very friendly. The line is always super long yaw should get 2 drive thru speakers like mcdonalds has. In order to keep business u have to serve customers not lose them. Just a suggestion.
What's wrong with these people? They don't turn on the red light when it's time? They don't honor any of their rules on the website. Like hours of operation and when they have the hot ones. There's no one being professional. Even the manager acts like this. If you guys don't want to work then quit. Stop making people suffer when they come to get donuts
I pre-paid for an order through my app which showed that the lobby was open and upon getting to the location the drive-through was wrapped around the building so I parked and went to the door and there was a sign on the door that said drive-through service only short staffed. I don’t think it’s right that pre-paying for an order warrants waiting 32 minutes in the drive-through line and when I asked the young man at the window if there was someone I could speak to he laughed at me and said no we’re shortstaffed. Be prepared to wait. Drive-thru only. Pleasant lady at the window. They’re worth the wait.
Got to say, gonna pass going on St. Patrick's Day next year. Way too many folks trying to get green doughnuts. Between online orders, food delivery pickups and drive through. It was like Black Friday. Took over 35 minutes standing in line in the store to get 2 dozen. Staff was doing all it could and was nice considering the level of frustration from the customers.Good job. Just better to go on another day.
The Donuts were fresh hot and yummy it was really cool to see the donuts being made right in front of my husband and I, even though the coffee was not great it kept me awake for my road trip back home.
When the Hot donut sign come on it like it just draws me there I usually get two dozen hot donuts and give them away I normally eat only three the rest I give away so people can enjoy what I love
Normally, I get what I order, but not today. Ordered 2 dozen hot glazed, and their new Twixx specialty dozen. Was excited to take the new variety to my co-worker for her birthday. When she opened the box, it was just regular donuts. I called and explained the mix-up. Was asked if i had the receipt; I did. Was told to bring them back for an exchange. I informed her I was 30 min away, and at work now. "Sorry about that. You have to bring them back for us to exchange them." No other options. Not the customer service I expected for their mistake. What I ordered vs. what I got... Definitely not worth $15 for those.
The doughnuts from here are always delicious and fresh. The reason I gave 2 stars is because of the terrible service. I ordered three dozen doughnuts on the 19th for pick up at 6:15am. Ordering was a pain, as two of the doughnut varieties I wanted were no longer available, despite being on the menu. So I had to modify my order three times to he able to complete it. I got there half an hour early. I waited for them to open the lobby. They never did. There was no signage to indicate that the lobby was closed. I pulled into the drive through at 6:17, now two minutes late for my doughnuts. Then waited another 20 minutes as they prepared an order that was supposed to have already been ready to go. I ended up being almost 15 minutes late to work as a result. Signs petting people know the lobby is closed would have been enough to make sure I could have gotten to work in time. I'll have to think twice about ordering doughnuts in advance from this location.
