I picked up a Door Dash order from here. I had to wait for it to be prepared. The bags are sealed and we are tasked with ensuring the order is complete, which is impossible. The employee assured me all items were sealed in the bags, I asked her about individual items and guess what.. she forgot several things. They need to allow delivery personnel to inspect the orders prior to sealing them. I will shop this location in the future.
The slaw was loose and milky. The girl at the drive-thru had no place with the public; rude.
Awesome chicken, exceptionally courteous staff and unlike most drive-thru's, it was quick.
Ordered all dark $30 original about 4weeks ago, got home..white meat is in my bucket...went by there today and was told I can't get all dark meat..no explanation as to why...NOW YOU KNOW WHY I WILL NOT BE FREQUENTING THIS PLACE ANYMORE!
No dine in drive through only i don't have a car and walked to get KFC was denied. That ain't cool how do I get my KFC do i walk through the drive though?
Going to the drive thru and ordering was a very easy and actually pleasant experience. The food was delicious and everything was correct . The only problem experienced was I asked for hot sauce and honey mustard and only received the honey mustard. I had to run in and get the hot sauce. So check before driving off and make sure you got any sauces you might have asked for.
We went through the drive-thru. It was fast and the chicken was good.
Third time in a couple of months, I was severed burnt original chicken with a smile... threw it out..no worries... will just find some where else to snack
Chicken tenders were hot and fresh and fries were hot and great. Pot pie wasn't good. Hardly any vegetables in pot pie and it was soupy.
