Had the Nashville hot tenders. They were good and the lady in the drive thru was super sweet. Refreshing in these days and times.
Our order was correct, the spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good. Friendly fast service, not usually too crowded.
Wings did not disappoint. Fries were terrible. Asked for condiments and didn't receive any. No napkins in drive thru bag.
Probably one of the best locations I've eaten food from. Most of the drive thru staff has been friendly. Drive thru is pretty quick, fresh food although inside isn't open back up yet. I already miss the plant based chicken. Sad it went so quickly!
The manager working on Sunday February 27th 2022 was extremely rude and had absolutely no people's skills. Very shocked the KFC would employ such a miserable manager.
If I could give 0 stars that's what you would get. The drive thru cashier and the manager has poor customer service, a bad attitude and they are both very unfriendly.
The food actually tastes like back in the say original KFC. Keep the great work guys,I went back through the line and ordered more chicken for my road trip
They messed my order up completely. I ordered a kids popcorn chicken combo with fries and a biscuit, 6 honey BBQ wings, fries and a 2 PC combo with mashed potatoes. What I received was: the correct 2 PC combo, no wings, no popcorn chicken but a chicken Sandwich and a famous bowl. Now they aren't answering the phone to discuss the mess up. Horrible.
Out of particular sauces. Wouldn't let me order large mash potatoes with 4 pce tender so had to get 2 small, more expensive + less in them. Then forgot to put the secondary choice of sauce in boxes so had to park and go in to get some. I asked for at least 4 since we had 9 tenders total, gave only 3 and they seemed bothered to help. Sad.
The staff was so kind. Their systems went down due to the rain so we had to order online. They gave us free food for the inconvenience including a cake. The manager was so nice. The restaurant was clean and I felt at home. Wish I could have stayed and laughed with the staff. They brightened up my day since I had been at home taking care of a sick parent. GREAT PLACE TO EAT AND LAUGH!
