The worker looked very nasty with all those face piercings so I canceled my order and left. ??♀️
I love Jimmy John's subs. My favorite is the #4 Turkey Tom. This store is very clean and the staff is friendly.
It was good and clean.Had better in Charlotte but can't say anything was bad or a problem with staff.Just wasn't carried away.I would go back for another meal!
Nice service and Brhea actually helped with the Jimmy Johns app when I couldn't get it to place the order and Sierra took my order and was very nice, helpful and polite. Very big improvement from the last time I ate here. Great improvements good people, good service, and good food ;) I now highly recommend.To management these ladies need praise and a raise. I still believe it is silly not to give your employees some basic training on the Jimmy John's app. I highly recommend you load some special employee perks *free food* when they use the app to get familure with it.
You’ll get a solid sandwich at Jimmy John’s. Ample meat, fresh bread and a party in your mouth.
The food is always fast and fresh. The staff are usually friendly The store is always clean...But everytime I order to go, I get home and I'm missing a cookie or a pickle or something that I ordered. Tes it could be argued that I should empty out the bag and check my order before I leave but I hate to do that, especially when they are busy. I just keep hoping they will pay attention to what is ordered
Horrible service. Don’t bother. Stood there for 10 minutes while the worlds only person Who has never eaten a sub or ordered a sub in their life asked 48 questions and took forever to order. Then the staff just stand there and talk and don’t bother taking my order. It was 715 at night we were the only two customers there and I stood there forever and nobody took my order. Avoid this place at all costs they’re clueless
The female manager was really rude when handling an issue with an order, definitely a noticeable decline in the quality of service at this location.
I'm at work 2 miles away and they said they want deliver to me cause I'm out of there net work get it together Jimmy John's 2.1 miles why offer delivery if your not willing to help the customer.?
JJ probably makes the best sandwiches/subs around. The bread is definitely the best. This location is good, but can be a challenge to spot if you're driving to it. It is after the Gaston Vet on the right if heading West. Getting out of the location, especially if you need to turn left (East) back towards Charlotte can be a challenge. This locations hours might be shortened. Be sure to check with them beyond the hours potentially listed with Google. We were unaware of that with one of our recent visits. I believe, at the time, they closed at 6pm). We arrived 15 minutes prior. You could tell the staff were in hopes of shutting down for the day when we came in. We were served for take out, but could tell they were exhausted. We were grateful to get what we could. They were out of one ingredient at the end of the day for one of the sandwiches we were hoping to order (again shortened hours). Thank you for serving us. It was extremely quick & enjoyed the sandwich!
