The food is fresh and as good as ever. Reliable, consistent, and tasty. Baked chicken and dressing was as good as what I make. The cherry cobbler was a nostalgic favorite. I love coming here because everyone can get exactly what they want.

We do not live in Gastonia but we travel by going to Charlotte on occasion and this is now a must stop for us... we randomly found it and now we allow ourselves time when we travel to stop and eat here the food is always wonderful the place is always clean it is well-staffed and very reasonably priced!! Another really nice thing is with it being cafeteria-style you can get a big meal or a small one and the desserts are awesome so save room them!

Good eats at a reasonable price. Wait staff was very helpful. Staff waiting on tables was attentive and friendly. Good place to meet friends. Cafeteria style lets you pick from a variety of meats and veggies plus that wonderful pie or cobbler selection.

I love this restaurant. They gives you a lot of food. Food is very delicious and the staff are very friendly. I just started eating here but I love it. One of the best restaurants in Gastonia

They have reasonable prices. We did Not like that a lot of employees were not wearing their masks properly. A woman taking the to go orders kept taking her mask all the way down. She kept touching her mask and that's not sanitary. The food is good, but some food items just tasted ok. The cobbler was really good. It was clean, staff was friendly. When you are taking it to go, we like to look at the food first through the line. We have the right to bc we want to see how the food looks and could change our minds on what we want. We will visit again.

My dog adores their chicken livers! I had a couple and found them cold, however tasty nonetheless. The meals are too pricey for a simple entrée and two vegetables.

Excellent place to eat. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Will visit again. Good prices also!

We went for a Christmas party and we had an MIA server for most of the event. Guest had to go get their own drinks and the food was a little bland. Other than that it reminded me of my grandparents on both sides cause they loved Jackson's Cafeteria.

I'm not sure if supply chain problems has motivated Jackson's to lower their portions rather than raise the price. But their delicious turkey and stuffing was half the portion it once was.

Super friendly staff and great food. I grew up hearing the name, but visited for the first time recently. Definitely a new favorite of mine.
