Service was great, lady at the drive thru window was very nice and didn't appear to mind at all when I asked to add to my order at the window. Food came quick and was exactly what I asked for.
First time I've ever ate here. The regular combo was very good. They have a special sauce on their sandwich that is unreal. Drive-thru is very nice and friendly. Good experience.
They have a particular employee there that is extremely rude and nasty to people all the time and because of this I refuse to eat at any jack in the box ever again and this was my favorite place to eat for the past 18 years but not anymore
I like Jack in the Box but they close at 8pm now, which is so early for a fast food place.
They always forget something. I love 2 hours away. This is not cool. Also jack in the box doesn't use cheddar cheese in their tacos, not originally. They do now this was awful ?. They were nasty and greasy. I won't be returning until I get back to California.
Absolutely unacceptable...went inside to place an order and nobody bothered to say can i help you.. Two customers ahead of me had their food and were standing at the counter eating as if they were at the house with their friends...only 2 cars in the drive thru so there would be no reason not to assist me... Of course I left.. tried to give this jack n the box 1 more chance and once again they blew it....
Went here after visiting the one in charlotte expecting better customer service. But was not better. I ordered and the employees there told me I had 5 minutes to order due to closing when it clearly says they close at 10pm there was 20 minutes left until actual closing time. My little cousin went home sad cause they wouldn’t give her time to order chicken tenders and screamed at her to hurry up.
WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! I just got out of line and the staff was very disrespectful. The food was overcooked/greasy and I saw a cockroach in the dinning room! Absolutely disgusting!

Food poisoning!My children and I visited our first Jack in the box. We were so excited for the churros. We had a chicken sandwich and two cheeseburgers. Everything seemed fine, until after eating dinner. Thank god there are three restrooms in our house. Experienced vomiting and diarrhea for a day and a half leaving my children and I dehydrated and never wanting to see another junk in the box again! I regret not paying with my card because I am unable to dispute this garbage.
