great food took my wife out for breakfast. tried the banana pudding pancakes great.
Waitress was great, food another story. Bacon not cooked right toast hard, let's just say my 6 year old didn't even want his pancakes,and he loves pancakes. Not a great start to the day.
I guess I shouldn't have expected fresh food at 8pm but none of the food was fresh. Except the pancakes which were really good, until I got to the middle which was uncooked. Won't be going back.
Today 4.11.2022 10:08 AM Time of this review.I went in to this location, my mind already made up in what to eat and drink. As I was being seated, the first set of tables were dirty; no big deal, host didn't realize guest had probably recently left. However, at by the window in the sun (as you go in facing the kitchen, restroom side). I sat for 10 minutes, without anyone as much as saying a weird to me, aside from a customer who was sitting adjacent to me. She asked, has anyone helped you? It wasn't until her server came out with their food, and asked me the same question, then asked what I was drinking, to which I replied nothing. Spoke to the manager to explain test it was unacceptable for a customer to be sitting for 10 minutes and no one day anything to them. Serfs walked out, to other customers and walked back in without aknowledgeing my presence. The manager mentioned that something happened with one of the cons, but that does/should not affect acknowledging a customer. Do better IHOP, on to better customer service.
Food and server were great .... but the music they were playing at 9am was labeled as Dance/Electronic according to my phone. Not our taste at all, but even if it was ... it's not the type of music our family wanted to hear while eating breakfast. The temperature was actually cold enough we had to keep our jackets on. Side note... a cook was out back coughing and hacking his lungs out. Not sure if he was sick or a hardcore smoker but that was a bit of a put off.
The waitress are nice and the food was good.
Food was good, however I ordered strawberry and banana French toast and got regular but on my container it has glazed strawberry syrup on it. I’m disappointed but I also understand how busy this location can be. Please try to make sure orders are right, especially if it says the order on the receipt..
Jeanine was our server and her attitude was horrible. We waited longer than the other couples to be seated and when we were waited for her to get them all of their food in it’s entirety before we ever got our drink order in which we watched them ask her for refills and after getting our order she somehow had to to get them refills before we ever got our initial drinks. Her nails were filthy with black stuff and she had her mask hanging from one ear and mouth uncovered. She told us they only had 1 orange juice in the entire store so I had to compromise and only get water however as we were leaving I watched another waitress take a gentleman an orange juice. I noticed she treated me and my partner differently than she did the white people. Her uniform was sloppy and dirty too!!!
Service was good. Coffee was good. Food tasted great. Portions were smaller than I remember. Pancake Syrup came out in a paper cup. Not at all like the IHOP that I remember.
The food was good. I got the senior stack of pancakes and loved them. Our service was pretty good. I'll be going back.
