Very clean restuarant. Nice and friendly workers/servers. Everything was fresh, hot and good. Our server and cook even helped modify my meal since I don't eat bread. Glad we stopped here.
My experience here was a drive through, but was kind of impressed on the low wait time and quality of food. This one is off on the right side of Hwy 321 before you get on I-85. I'll definitely stop here again. One should keep in mind that it is a fast food place and not all days are likely to be the same as the others.
It took 30 minutes to get our food. 15 people that came in and ordered after us got their food before us. We only orded a chicken biscuit and a Frisco sandwich. We will not be back to this location. I understand the times but this was a bit much.
Parking lot and drive through area especially at the pick up window you look like a dumpster area for people who dump their food and trash. Hardee's should fire the manager for obviously not caring about their appearance inside or out.
There were 2 employees..... I give them the props .... Th y are doing the job that you don't want to. Thank you for being there guys ?
Drive thru was amazing. Had a big breakfast order and was all there and correct
Actually, this was one of the best burgers I've had from Hardee's. Very Charbroiled...I like that. Everything was just right. I had 5 hours drive infront of me so I very much appreciate the meal.This is a must visit Hardee's
I would love to provide feedback: I pulled into the parking-lot while all of the employees were having a smoke break right by the main entrance, I awkwardly had to squeeze in-between one employee while she blew smoke straight up in the air and wafted her hand around at an attempt to dissipate it. I walked inside, ordered my food, and waited for 5 - 8 minutes before the person behind the counter said "aw shoot, we gave your order out the window, sorry." I waited as the person who was supposed to be making MY food answered her phone with gloves on, held her phone on her shoulder, carried on a conversation while removing the phone from her face to type a few texts (with the same dirty gloves on), and made 5 different drive-through orders. After I asked the person behind the counter again if I was going to get my food soon, she reminded the lady on the phone that she needed to make mine and she apologized, removed the phone from her face, typed a text, put it in her pocket, and started making my order - ALL with the same gloves on. I asked for a refund from the plain-clothed "Manager" who was on duty and walked out.
Ordered a chicken biscuit like I do at every other Hardee's and well it was a burnt chicken wing on a hard biscuit. The worst Hardee's ever.
It's ok the only thing they had going for quick service
