I decided to give Golden Corral another try to see if the food was better than the last time I visited. They did not disappoint. Even with a very big crowd for Easter, the buffet bars were well stocked and the servers friendly and helpful. I had steak and shrimp and both were great! The steak was tender with lots of flavor. I left happy and full. Well worth the $20 I paid. Thanks Golden Corral!
Very good food. I go often and would recommend to anyone. When you go look for Kellie. She is a great and friendly waitress.
So disgusted with this experience tonight. A “ regular” customer came in and totally ruined my appetite. The guy stank like he had not bathed in a year and if that was not bad enough was eating like he had not had anything to eat in a year. He was blowing his nose at the table and must have used 50 napkins and got 8 plates of food and only ate about a quarter of what he put on each plate. Talked to the manager and he said that the guy was in there every night and that they couldn’t do anything about him because it would be discrimination. Well I feel discriminated against by having to sit next to his table. Then the manager was correcting an employee in front of the customers and the rest of the staff on the floor. NOT COOL. I managed restaurants for many years and if an employee needed to be talked to we did it off the floor and I’m private. This manager has no business running your restaurant. He was rude and very insulting.
I love the one in gastonia cause they have the best waitress ever .. I always ask for Miss. Jackie ask for her an you will never have a better waitress anywhere... but tip her well cause she very much deserves it .. an I only know her from being my waitress there .. oh an the food is good

The food was really good. I wish they would switch it up a bit from the same meals they have had for a long time but they have managed to stay consistent with the high quality. I did notice a few new items. They had a sausage there that was delicious and off the grill I believe and also slushies next to the ice cream
Went in on Sunday for the breakfast buffet at 10:30 AM. Naturally, there was a line out the door. At 10:55 AM, another register was opened to finally accommodate those waiting. We get to the register and were told our total was $38 +. And when we questioned the amount, we were told we should've came in earlier! I also ask if they were still serving breakfast and was told, " well, there's breakfast items left". $40 for "maybe some breakfast items", NO THANK YOU!
Place was decent on the inside. People greeting and seating you could have been a little more polite. Their attitude was very bad. The waiter was pretty on point. Food was good. Overall, I would recommend.
Not bad since covid I haven't been here so I didn't know what to expect, still long lines and the price was okay, the food was better then last time especially the chili, I liked the 8 minute turnover time for fresh hot fries chicken, the I've cream is better and I love the fact the customer has to put on plastic gloves to serve themselves...overall it's worth the money
Getting seated took a little bit, but once we sat down the waitress was on us left and right, I never had to ask for a refill , I wish I knew her name , I would definitely go back . The entire staff helpful and courteous , my family had a lovely time
