Loved it and good service, however, with supply chain issues and current pricing will have to pass till prices come back down $18 and change for a Little Cheeseburger, small fry, and drink. Too much for lunch and my tight budget.
Portion of order was missing from delivery. Store manager, Mark, only offered a refund for missing items. Completely defeated the purpose of having my order delivered to me as I ended up having to leave to to get something else to eat. This was no fault of our delivery driver. I was told by the store manager that they simply didn’t put all of the order in the bag & that this is something that they have issues with.
The staff and the food is always amazing. The place to be when you have the burger cravings running through your veins. The foods great never have gotten sick 10 out of 10 would recommend
Good bacon cheeseburger , fries were very good . Prices are a little high , but you pay for what you get .
The burgers are good and fries are great. The prices are out of control. One bacon burger and small fries are over $17. Add a drink and it's $20 plus tax.
The food is always delicious and the portions are generous. The staff is welcoming and the location is convenient for easy to-go orders when needed.
Nothing like watching professionals make a delicious burger from scratch just for you. Well worth the price and always awesome! The large fries are only for the brave or starving.
I love 5 guys, but this spot isn't what it used to be. Firstly, I asked for a cup of mayo, (as everyone knows 5 guys has great mayonnaise) and the shift manager impolitely said, "we have packets over there for a reason". As to why it was such a bother I Do Not Know, but this is not a 5 guys experience I'm accustom to. 1 star at best, I wish I could give 0.
this place is EXTREMELY unorganized. i ordered my food online and it was said to be ready a 2:44pm. i get there at 2:42 and they said the order should be ready in 8 minutes. after waiting 15 minutes i finally asked where my food was and they had set it to the side bc the fry guy and cooks where unaware I was already there for my order after the girl at the register told them apparently. THEN once we let them know it was my order they took another 10 minutes just to add my fries to the bag. So I had to stand in the store for 20 minutes in total it took them 45 minutes for my 3 burgers and fry to be done how ridiculous.
Incredible food, service, prep speed, and customer service. Love this place!!!!
