I stopped eating there for awhile because the food was going down hill and the service. I decided to give it another shot tonight as I was craving a sub from there. When I tell you it was the best sub I’ve ever had it is not a joke!!! The people was amazing friendly and got everything right ! The new manager is doing a great job with this store and his staff! MY SANDWICH COULDNT HAVE BEEN ANY MORE PERFECT!
Firehouse subs are alway good. That is why I’m giving a two star. The service is a zero or a negative 10. Prob will be my last time visiting this location.
Food was okay. Staff not friendly or helpful. The store was dirty. Yes and drink spilled every where. Inside and out filthy floors. Trash outside.Tables dirty. Awful.
Sadly, the entire restaurant was dirty. Tables not wiped down. Floor unkempt. The drink machine and station were dirty. I had the turkey bacon ranch combo, and he had the club on a sub. Neither really had much flavor. It was our first and last time visiting.
So I have been to this place 3 times since I found about it which was literally 2 weeks ago. Anyway first time we ordered and picked up and let me tell u I was hooked. But then the 2nd order I waited 35 mins on which whatever but when I finally got to where I was going and sat down to eat the brisket sub it was missing BBQ sauce and that made it nasty so I wasn't able to eat it. Then the 3rd order I went inside and ordered to go. I told the cashier I wanted 3 LARGE subs and told her which ones with which toppings. When I finally got my order 45 mins later I had 2 small subs and a large. When I told them it was supposed to be 3 large they got the manager who informed me with an attitude that the cashier rang up 1 large 2 small and that they could re-ring it but it would be another 30-45 mins because she had too many orders. Like really?? Your team messes up and you tell me I will have to wait. So I went home with 1 large and 2 small and had to go back out to get more food from somewhere else so there was enough for them to get full. I love the food but the service is absolutely horrible. Sooo disappointed.
I ordered 3 subs and I have been waiting 15 minutes and they say it will be another 5 before I get my food. I wish they would have told me it was going to be a 20 minute wait. This will be my last visit to this location.
This location is OK in my book the sub seem to be missing something on the hook and ladder but overall did a very good job. Could do a little bit better as far as the inside dining area cleanliness but other than that great place to eat.
I enjoy firehouse subs from time to time. But it seems every time I’ve gone in the last several months the items are wrong. Actually, on one occasion recently I called and the manager did manage to remake the food the following day which I thought was absolutely nice and appreciate that he was not just replacing the sandwich that was wrong but the entire order. However, the other couple of times since each order always has something wrong. Tonight instead of what I ordered I ended up with a completely different sub (order placed online and went to get it). I’m going to assume my sub was placed in someone else’s bag and Vice versa. I know I could call up there and probably have it remade it’s just a hassle. I don’t want to have to turn around and go back to the restaurant to have my order fixed. I’m sorry. It’s apparent from this point on my husband and I need to check our order before leaving. Perhaps they need to also make sure the employees are checking the orders they finish up and place on the self before doing so. I get we are going through hard times, between staffing, shortages and high demands of customers but at some point it’s also up to that business to fix the issues going on.
I and several others had to wait more than 20 minutes for our food. The sandwich was smaller than normal, but it did take good. Probably won't go back.
Just left the establishment due to one of your employees reaction when I walked in. They looked as if they didn't want to deal with another customer coming in by making a face and doing a whole 360. I just walked out and believe I will never come back to this establishment after doing all that. You have definitely lost customer after that sad display. Get your employees under control and I just moved here now I have to exit out this restaurant due that poor display.
